Pros:

Las habitaciones son muy amplias, en la reservacion me pusieron 4 habitaciones solo utilice 3, la alberca esta muy bonita y es limpio, un lugar familiar

Cons:

La alberca esta en una instalacion vecina a donde estan las habitaciones, para ir a ella requieres salir del hotel, si bajas al pueblo de noche, el camino de regresi esta obscuro y es de subida prolongada aunque no es muy lejos de la playa esta cerca

El señor de la recepción fue grosero cuando llegamos y nos paró con su mano sin saludarnos. Incluso quería reducir una hora de estancia solo porque llegamos temprano y discriminó nuestros nombres asiáticos. Las toallas en el hotel eran sucias cuando llegamos.

El hotel en si estaba muy bien, bien ubicado, agradables instalaciones, una vista espectacular y el personal muy amable

Cons:

Con lo malo para empezar nunca nos dijeron bien como era la habitación y el anuncio de booking no lo especifica por lo que intentamos llamar a los teléfonos registrados y después de unas 15 llamadas en diferentes dias y horarios nos respondieron, nos comentaron que la habitacion contaba con instrumentos de cocina, y cuando llegamos solo habia 3 cucharas 3 tenedores algunos platos de diferentes vajillas, entre otras pequeñas cosas, para cocinar solo habia una olla y ni siquiera habia un estropajo para lavar trastes, el refrigerador viejisimo, no sellaba correctamente y la solucion que tenia era un ganchito de alambre que se caía a cada rato, les aseguro que gastarían menos comprando uno nuevo que lo que gasta de luz por quedarse abierto inentando enfriar.
Tambien repruebo la limpieza, llegamos a las 3, que era el check in, y aun no lo tenían listo, nos pasaron a la habitación y las personas seguían limpiando, y no tengo problema con eso el detalle es que no se si por la prisa de terminar dejaron el refrigerador sucio al igual que la cafetera.
El área de la ducha/regadera tambien estaba limpio pero como muy superficial, el piso tenía las típicas manchas de jabón de toda la vida, y la regadera en si, llena de sarro
El aire acondicionado tiraba agua casi todo el rato, entonces nomas bastaba un rato para que se hiciera charco en la habitación, como sabía que no era una cosa que se iba a reparar enseguida, pedí un trapeado y dejo el cuarto oliendo muy mal, y despues lo cambie por un jalador de agua, creo que si cuidarán esos pequeños detalles seria una de las mejores opciones para quedarse en sayulita, creo que la limpieza es una obligación para los hoteles y hospedajes y un derecho para los que huéspedes sea cual sea el precio del lugar.

Esta totalmente céntrico! En 5 minutos caminando llegas a la playa, el hotel está super limpio, la habitación que me tocó tenía, refrigerador, microondas, parrilla, tarja , trastes !!! Y una vista increíble! Y el precio me tocó auper económico! Superó mis expectativas! Regresaría muchas veces sin pensarlo!

We had massage.We were the last of the day. I tiped well we talked after words with the women . Next dsy we err leaving in afternoon which we told women I realized I left a necklace with a cross b on hanger in room. Never found it. Incontinence use that service again

Didn’t even stay a full day due to bed bugs.
Pros:

Liked it was close to the beach.

Cons:

Booked 2 separate stays one in June the other in July left the first day due to finding bed bugs and a lizard in the bed. Did not go back for second stay in July.

Fine but bad staff
Cons:

Rooms were fine, service wasn't great. He come across friendly at first, but kicked us out of the pool area on the day of checkout, into 37degree heat, when we just wanted some shade for a couple of hours until our flight. "Checkout, everyone out" he said. I've never stayed anywhere that kicked you out of the pool area on checkout day, especially after asking nicely to be in the shade for 2 hours. Very short term mindset. If you want people to say nice things about your establishment, be nice to your guests. Also our bathroom had a huge puddle in it
