Amazing location
The Seaview was good,at least from my room 3823 😉
Quite still close to the most main night life attractions

Cons:

Room little small yet it still ok.
The bad smell from the toilet yet it is not so horrible.
Every time you go out of the Internet connection area, you have to reconnect manually adding the username and password each time, it is not convenience
Overall good saty and good value for money considering the location, top roof swimming pool and the Seaview

A nice hotel with great staff at a great location.
Pros:

It is 50 meters from the beach in a quiet street. The hotel is part of 3 hotels with the same Sea Me Spring name, I was in tree. All of them are next to each other.
It had a nice rooftop pool. The room was nice, with a larger than normal size refrigerator for hotel rooms. It had lots of places to stash your stuff.
It also had an old school key. I really liked that I just gave the key to the front desk when I went out. No worries about loosing the key.

Cons:

The only thing that brings down the score is the hard bed, the hard pillows and the tiny ants that seem to like my glasses. Yes and the aircon took very long to cool down the room. But that was just a minor nuisance.

I ordered a double Espresso and got a full cup of americano (( Tastes like hot water with little coffee . .))

Das Zimmer ist sehr fein, sollte alles funktionieren.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in einer super Lage! Man ist sehr schnell am Strand und auch nahe der Hauptstraße! Das Zimmer war groß und das Bett sehr fein.

Cons:

Die Dusche ist bei längerem duschen bzw wenn man den Duschkopf aus der Halterung genommen hat, ist einem die Dusche inkl. Halterung um die Ohren gefallen. Sehr schlecht montiert
