Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. All bookings are subject to a Heritage Charge per room per night. This is to be paid directly to the hotel.

It’s near to many cafes and eateries.
Strengthen the wifi in the room.
Room card didn’t work. Had to go to reception twice because the card they replaced also didn’t work. Mosquito in the room. WiFi password didn’t work the first time round and had to ask for another one. You have to keep on connecting back to the wifi whenever you leave the hotel and so have to remember the password. Shower water pressure is low. Stayed there for two nights. There’s no housekeeping, which we don’t mind but at least give us more toilet paper. Ran out of toilet paper on the last day and had to get more from reception.
The location is very strategy as 2-3min walking distance to jonker street and 15-20min to riverside.
The room provide does not match what I saw from the picture provided, the room is much smaller than shown on the picture published in booking.com, air-con is not cold and the water heater is not working. When I feedback to reception staff, they are not able to do anything about it and no room to change. Very poor maintenance hotel. The worst is the reception staff is not professionals while providing information. As we couldn’t find parking on the street in front of the hotel, the staff didn’t mentioned that they have parking lot for guest at the back of the hotel, I was told by her to drive a little far and may have more parking lot. We end up parking quite far and spent RM25 for 2days 1night parking. After make the payment and back to hotel and check in then only we found out ourselves that there is parking lot for the hotel guest just locate at the back of the hotel with viable parking lot. We are totally speechless. I am very sure that I will never book this hotel ever again if travel to Melaka.

The A famousa, the christ church, st. Francis chruch, river walk, baba nyonang museum, jonker streets, its in great locations,
Just some little bit of issue to be fix but the hotel staff made is really possible and fix as soon as i raise the concern,
Only the location
Smoking smell along corridor, musty smell in the room, dirty with stains on bedsheet. Only 1 room card is given for 4person room. Absurd. We stay in family room for 4 pax, did not provide toothbrush, and there is no fridge, and pathetic tiny bottle of shampoo and body wash. There is nothing good about this hotel and the price is expensive, please avoid at all cost.

Location
There is no clothing rack, no tissue provided just empty box. The room not suitable for the price and extremely noisy at night, cant sleep. You can hear all motorbike/ car outside.
