Another Great Stay
Pros:

This is a fantastic place very close to free public transport (Perth CAT) service and with a number of eatery's within a short walking distance. The atmosphere is very nice and the staff at reception are friendly, efficient and always ready to help. The rooms have been recently refurbished and have a new and comfortable look. The room was nice and clean and ready for use. We didn't notice any noise at all even with a room facing the street. We received great value for money and have already booked here for our next visit to Perth. To Raj and the team many thanks for making our stay so nice and comfortable.

I left as soon as I walked into the room. It was not as the pictures advertised. It smelt disgusting & definitely wasn't worth what I paid. I requested a refund, they declined. I would never book this place again.

Best stay ever
Pros:

Excellent stay! The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to everything you need. It’s newly renovated, with modern, stylish interiors and a well-equipped gym. The rooms are very spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable workstations that are perfect if you need to get some work done. Overall, a great place to stay, whether you’re travelling for business or leisure. Highly recommended!

The hospitality I received was top notch. Staff were friendly and kudos to Raj for his added personal touch. He made our stay most enjoyable! I love the new improvements put in (bed was so comfortable). Basic amenities(gym), cleanliness and were impeccable (it felt like home). I highly recommend everyone who is looking for a serviced apartment (one with the warmness of a family friend) that has a great configuration and those who love to cook to book Baileys Serviced Apartments. Awesome Stay
Pros:

It was an awesome stay. Raj and his team did a great job in making us feel welcome. The place was new and everything is spic and span when we checked in. Raj is always so smiley and there to give us tips on where to have a bite and constant reminder to stay safe. He treats us like his family members. Its a cosy stay. When we wanted to make pancakes and did not have a whisk we asked and vola he gave us one. We have a dual key apartment as we there is 2 washrooms, 2 king size bed and a beautiful living room and kitchen the place is very spacious. Keep up the good job guys.. See ya in 2028.

Pros:

Totally exceeded my expectations!
From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Raj who was friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much effort. My accommodation was very clean with everything I'd need from a home away from home. Convenient on-site parking or ample street parking if you'd prefer. To be honest, this place really surprised me and I'll definitely be back.

Pros:

Great location and good sized apartment for 1 or 2 people with full kitchen. Getting some oil or paper towel / gladwrap would have been great, but I got away with what I had. All the staff in the main office were very helpful

I paid for a specific room that was advertised as there were three options which varied in price. Main reason I booked was for relaxation room with a bath as I don't have one at home and my right foot is swollen and choose that room including price then to arrive and find out there's no bath. Neighbours next door very noisy mentioned it to female staff member Saturday afternoon who dismissed my claim and firmly said no one was in that room.
