Bell’appartamento fronte lago vicino a Fussen!
Pros:

Hotel fronte lago con parcheggio interno.
La camera era pulita,il bagno nuovissimo,la cucina era accessoriata e con lavastoviglie.Sul terrazzo da cui lateralmente si vede il lago c’è una bella pergola che permette di sfruttarlo al meglio.Gentilissime le ragazze alla reception e le signore delle pulizie.Il panorama e’da fiaba,piccolo lago con le montagne intorno.Si può fare il bagno,noleggiare canoe o pedalò e in 5 minuti di auto si arriva a Fussen.

Cons:

Nonostante l’hotel sia fronte lago e la zona molto turistica e carina il prezzo era elevato.
C’era un odore molto forte e sgradevole nella zona parcheggio sotterraneo che si propagava all’esterno.Non abbiamo capito da dove arrivasse,forse da alcuni bidoni dei rifiuti.Noi essendo al piano superiore non lo sentivamo in stanza ma se avessimo avuto la finestra al piano di sotto l’aria sarebbe stata davvero irrespirabile.

La posizione ottima, davanti al lago con vista molto gradevole. Complessivamente la pulizia della stanza era accettabile. Staff check-in cordiale.

Cons:

Camere molto poco curate. Odore insostenibile che dal garage delle macchine arriva alle camere, a causa dei cassonetti dei rifiuti tenuti in garage. Odore di risalita di fogna nel bagno. Assurdo non dotare le camere (molto molto calde) di aria condizionata o di zanzariere alle finestre che altrimenti non possono essere aperte per enorme numero di insetti presenti (vespe, mosche e ragni in particolare).

Mooi gelegen, klein hotel.
Pros:

We hadden een ruime kamer met een grote badkamer aan de achterzijde van het hotel dat boven een restaurant ligt en alleen gescheiden door een weg aan het echt prachtige meer. Er zat een klein balkon aan de zijkant bij vanwaar je enig uitzicht op het meer hebt. Heel fijn is de inpandige parking. Het is er verder heel rustig. De omgeving is erg mooi.

Todo en orden, pero con mucho calor
Pros:

El restaurant está muy bueno, y la habitación tenía un balconcito

Cons:

No es un hotel propiamente dicho, sino que está arriba de un restaurante y no tiene aire acondicionado, así que hacía mucho calor

Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer des Appartments Nr. 9 war schon sehr arg durchgelegen und hatte keinen Schlafkomfort mehr. Das ist unser einzigen Kritikpunkt.
