Pros:

Excellent accueil dans un cadre charmant, au calme, tout en étant à proximité des principaux centres d’intérêt!

Cons:

Salle de bain un peu rudimentaire mais très propre, ce n’est vraiment pas un problème

12/10. This is a peaceful oasis in the best location.
Pros:

This is by far the best place I have stayed at in Thailand. I wish every location we have visited had this hotel. The staff are so incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. There is an onsite restaurant which is very convenient and delicious. The pool is wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and clean. The location is within walking distance of fabulous restaurants and temples. They provide laundry service or you can walk across the street to do laundry. Such a wonderful stay.

lovely boutique hotel in the heart of old town. rooms were comfortable. beds were too hard for us though. resturant on site as well as an amazing massage therapist. pool was great. staff were helpful and friendly. laundry shops a few steps away so very handy. location was near lots of resturants and cafes.

Cons:

the beds were very hard even with a topper.

Enjoyable stay, good location, great staff. Clean and well maintained room.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Lots of greenery and nice ambiance. Lovely staff - they were very helpful and really made the stay pleasant.

Cons:

Initial room was terrible, looking straight into a neighbouring family room with a shared "balcony space". This was disappointing as we had booked several months in advance and anticipated a much better location based on the room description, subsequently we were moved, but had to pay more. The design of the hotel is very centralised, meaning you have people walking right past your sliding doors upstairs, so lacks privacy, but was very nice.

Pros:

This was our second time here. The Twenty Lodge is a beautiful place to stay, and the staff are wonderful. The whole guesthouse is designed with real attention to detail — it's a lush green oasis in the heart of Chiangmai. Oh, and the cat is friendly as well. If I'm back in Chiangmai, I'll definnitely stay again.

Cons:

The shower door in the bathroom was broken, and it feels as if there are a few things here and there that need fixing.
