Guter Standort zur Besichtigung von Trautenau und Umgebung
Pros:

Freundlicher Check in, gute Lage, kostenloser Parkplatz, Sauberkeit im Zimmer und Haus, alles funktionstüchtig

Cons:

Das Personal wirkt mit Ausnahme der Dame beim Check In frustriert und desinteressiert.

La ubicación está muy bien, al lado de la plaza central.

Cons:

Cama muy incómoda, ruido de la carretera, habitación muy pequeña, tanto que tuvieron que poner la mesa delante del armario haciendo éste inaccesible, no se de donde salen las 4 estrellas. Cero recomendable.

De kamer was heel ruim en netjes en schoon . Het personeel bij de receptie heel behulpzaam. Ook de parkeergelegenheid was prima.

jammer dat in het hotel zelf geen bar of restaurant aanwezig is .

Pros:

Gute Lage in der Innenstadt. Neues Bett aber leider zu klein. Badezimmer war OK. Rezeptionistin war freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr klein. Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen und "zusammengewürfelt". Restliches Personal beim Frühstück, vermutlich aus einer Hotelfachschule, war sehr unfreundlich und konnte nicht einmal Grüßen. Die Ausbildnerin ebenfalls unfreundlich und konnte ebenfalls nicht Grüßen. Wenn man in der Gastronomie tätig ist oder sein will wäre Freundlichkeit das Erste was man lernen und lehren sollte.

Pros:

De lokatie is midden in het centum. Het marktplein waar je gezellig kunt zitten is letterlijk om de hoek.

Cons:

Goed idee is het seperate toilet van de douche. Alleen met mijn postuur had ik weinig ruimte om goed te zitten.
