Hôtel bien placé mais non adapté à nos demandes et non conforme à la description
Pros:

Le point positif de cet hôtel est clairement l’emplacement. Nous avons pu tout faire à pied et c’est un avantage non négligeable.
La plupart du personnel a été adorable et a l’écoute.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants.
A notre arrivée le lit bébé n’était pas installé comme demandé, et il nous a été indiqué que la chambre n’était pas compatible pour 2 enfants…
Nous nous sommes retrouvés devant le fait accompli, sans solution de repli; aucune possibilité de relogement ni de remboursement, et la réception qui nous dit clairement que ce n’est pas ses affaires et que ce n’est pas à elle de trouver une solution… alors que la chambre était proposée pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants au moment de la réservation… nous nous sommes donc retrouvés à 6 dans une chambre minuscule.
Au delà de ce malentendu, la propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer, les abats jours sont tachés, les draps également. Certaines lumières ne fonctionnaient pas, la clim a dû être réparée, car non fonctionnelle à notre arrivée.
La douche n’a aucune pression, et la porte cassée, les rideaux sont présents, mais n’occultent rien.
La literie était plus que moyenne, le sur-matelas non tenu glisse à chaque mouvement…
Bien qu’indiqué comme étant un hôtel familial, aucune chaise bébé n’est présente dans la salle de petit dej…
Il ne s’agit que d’une expérience personnelle.
J’imagine que l’hôtel peut être appréciable, mais il n’est aucunement adapté aux enfants.

Pros:

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta per la vicinanza dal centro città (5 minuti a piedi) e dalla stazione (utile per il collegamento con l'aeroporto).

Cons:

Ho chiesto se possibile anticipare l'orario della colazione a causa dello spostamento del mio volo, ma non è stato possibile.
La stanza che mi è stata assegnata era sul tetto, dove si sentivano i rumori dei motori di ascensore e condizionatori.

we enjoyed our stay!
Pros:

we room we stayed has the water view , very nice. Both reception area and the hotel room were very clean everywhere. The receptionist is friendly and helpful. we enjoyed our stay. 10 mins walk to the central train station. peaceful and we slept well.

Cons:

a bit expensive but everything is expensive in Amsterdam.

Pros:

The location are close to Amsterdam central station with a 10 minutes walk which is a superb location. Staff were very friendly and greeted us whenever we come back or go out in the morning.

Cons:

There is no fridge available so we couldn't make our drinks cold.
