Pros:

Clean, comfortable and close to center.

Cons:

Only place we’ve been where they charge for baby crib. It’s close to center but it is uphill so that can be tiring when walking back.

the room and the premises. the staffs were friendly. I would 100% recommend this property if someone wants to stay in inverness. The toilet looks brand new tbh

Pros:

Staff were friendly, barman was very welcoming and had good chat, he took time to speak to everyone in the bar area, checking in to make sure everything was ok and if I needed anything. Location of the hotel is central and benefits from free parking. Check in was quick.

Food was nice, a little pricey but was enjoyable.

Cons:

Room was quite small, even by a “single room” standard. It was quite noisy, could hear the guests in the adjacent room talking and the doors close with a loud bang. The room I was in was next to a back stairwell, there was a lot of noise early in the morning.

Had to contact reception due to the towels in the room being dirty. New towels were delivered but one of these replacement towels also had concerning brown staining on it. Disappointing to report an issue and to then experience it again!
Reported to staff on checking out who apologised, but this really shouldn’t be something that happens, I would expect the basics to be up to scratch, especially with the amount being spent for a one night stay.

We all enjoyed our stay and will defiantly stay again.
Pros:

The hotel is well located. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The cosy room was small but clean and good working shower. Nice to able to park your car at hotel with no extra charge. The breakfast had a good choice and was very good as was the evening meal as we ate there every night.

Cons:

Maybe a larger bed next time.

Pros:

My wife and I are just back from Beaufort Hotel.
And it was the best, and a big thanks to Isla McCloud who served our drinks, and served lunch And cooked a perfect breakfast.
This young lady is a great asset to your company.
And I recommend that you hang onto her at all costs.

Posizione comoda al centro, camera silenziosa e parcheggio gratis. Stanza piccola,ma d'altra parte eravamo in 5 dunque non si può pretendere molto,non avendo preso 1 suite. Il bagno molto spazioso e nuovo.

In generale, x il prezzo pagato il servizio non è stato all'altezza.Colazione calda a 26GBP e fredda a 18GBP sono eccessive,pulizia di moquette e asciugamani bagno deve essere migliorata: alcuni asciugamani erano macchiati. Al nostro arrivo i dispenser dei saponi erano vuoti,abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi di riempirli.Dopo la prima delle 3 notti trascorse qui,al mattino la stanza non è stata riordinata né pulita. Dopo averlo fatto presente,il giorno dopo è andato meglio.
