Charged for Two Nights Despite a One-Night Stay
Pros:

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at AC Hotel Maçka Istanbul.

Before arriving, I called the hotel from the airport and asked if I could check in a few hours early. Ms. Şevval assured me there was no problem and told me to come to the hotel, saying she would take care of everything. At no point did she explain that arriving early would count as an extra night’s stay or change my check-out date.

Based on her explanation, I believed I would be staying for two full days and checking out on August 10. Instead, after I arrived at 4:30 a.m. on August 8, I was later told that I had to check out on August 9. This was the first time anyone explained it to me.

To avoid being charged for another night, I left the hotel at 3:11 a.m. on August 9, but I was still charged for two nights. Even more confusing, my Marriott Bonvoy account shows that I stayed only one night.

I repeatedly asked for help, a refund, and a corrected invoice, but no one was willing to assist me. I was simply told it was not their responsibility. As a loyal Marriott guest, I expected much better customer service and a fair resolution.

I hope Marriott reviews this situation, as this experience was both frustrating and very disappointing.

Didnt enjoy my stay at the hotel.
Pros:

The bed is comfortable

Cons:

Staff is not helpful.
Hotel is non responsive and not flexible and doesn’t care about customer service.
There are flies in the room.
some electric sockets not working.
The hotel is on an uphill.
