Third time staying at the Bali Chaya, staff are friendly and accommodating, nothing is a problem. Quiet and clean.

Not happy
Pros:

The pool was clean and breakfast was sufficient

Cons:

We have stayed here many times and have always been extremely happy with it but this will be the last. I booked a pool access room and on check in it the main glass doors went straight out to the restaurant:(
The guy at the reception was quite rude and moved us to the next room which to be honest not exactly pool access. I also watched 3 different people checking out and they had tried to sting them for marks on the sheets. They held the linen out in the the reception area and went over them with a fine tooth comb !!! One happen to have been my daughter who had alittle one with her. She actually grabbed some water and got out the tiny mark otherwise it would have cost her $$$$.
Just please be aware of this when booking and go over your linen and maybe take some photos.

Très bon séjour et personnel au petits soins
Pros:

Le personnel très accueillant et agréable.
La chambre avec son accès direct à la piscine.
Endroit en plein centre mais d'un calme absolu.
Chambre propre.
Petit déjeuner en formule au choix, c'est très appréciable

Cons:

Peut être un petit coup de modernité à la salle de bain aurait été parfait.
