Rent, och modernt hotell som vi tyckte mycket om och återvänder gärna till.

Cons:

Varmt på rummet, ingen ac men hotellet hade satt in en stor fläkt vilket gjorde det lättare.

Nice, cozy with lovely breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is in the nice location. around 15 min walk to the old city. The hotel is clean and cozy. In a way some renovation would be nice to have, but overall the design is cute. The breakfast is rather small compared to some other hotels, but for me it was actually perfect as I did not overeat as it happens most of times. It has all you need, also for vegetarians.
They also have some limitations with stuff, I arrived late, but keys were arranged, it was easy to find them and check-in with no human intervention.

Cons:

Air conditioner is missing, but I guess it is very typical for all Germany...
It is noisy from the cars unfortunately. If you stay for a short amount of time, it was manageable. Though it is hard to have a proper sleep for sensitive people who have difficulties with sleeping.

Very comfortable accommodation that includes AC, mini kitchen and is modern and updated.
Pros:

The room and facilities were great. It was very nice to have a mini kitchen. It also had an AC in case it gets warm.

Cons:

It is about a 20 minute walk to the old town. It is on level ground so not a difficult walk. The tub is slippery so providing a nonslip mat is good to avoid accidents.
It still was worth staying there because of all the comfort and mini kitchen.

Ontspannen verblijf in mooie ruime kamer, op perfecte locatie.
Pros:

Goede locatie, op loopafstand oude stad. Mooi gebouw, ruime kamer, goed onderhouden, heerlijk ontbijt.

Cons:

Kamer was warm, helaas geen airco, nu goed te doen omdat het raam open kon, maar ‘s zomers moet het echt heel warm zijn op deze etage.
