Pros:

De locatie is perfect en het is een zeer schoon hotel.
Het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid en voor het diner kun je eventueel terecht in 2 heerlijke restaurants. De kamers zijn comfortabel en de bedden zijn heerlijk.

Lovely hotel, great location
Pros:

Second time staying here. Check in was swift and friendly. And such a lovely welcome selection of patisserie treats in our room to recognise our anniversary. Beautifully presented. Thank you.

We stayed three nights in total, two at the beginning of out trip and a third at the end. Our rooms were comfortable and very clean.
There are blackout screens in addition to curtains which alone do block out most of the light.

Small fridge plus usual hospitality tray. Extra supplies available at reception.

Breakfast time can get very busy. Sufficient choice but having stayed here before noticed there are some cutbacks, as there is everywhere.
Items are replenished quickly and staff clear tables promptly which is good. Salmon is good as is the coffee

Many tour groups stay here. A good class of hotel but feels a little corporate.

Amazing Iceland, fantastic hotel - great service and friendly staff! Everything we needed covered.
Pros:

The room was lovely and spacious, plenty of room for the 3 of us (family room). Breakfast was great, so glad I included it, plenty of choice and no issues with getting a table. The location was perfect for walking along the front, with a fantastic view of the snow top mountains, and a really lovely walk from the hotel into the town centre and vice versa. I really enjoyed the walking regardless of the weather.

Cons:

Nothing - all in all a really good stay, location and trip!

Pros:

El emplazamiento, la habitación cómoda y amplia, el desayuno estaba también bien.

Cons:

El parking junto al hotel es muy caro, para aparcar en la calle hay que cargarse una aplicación y es un poco de lío al principio.

Fantastic hotel and great staff
Pros:

We chose the perfect hotel for our stay. Good location, only 15 mins walk to the city centre.
Barbara did our check in - she was so polite and friendly and gave us lots of good tips on places to go.
Amalia was also really helpful and she arranged our anazing whale watching tour and she always had time to check in on us.
The room was nice and comfortable with a nice view and good amenities. The cleaning staff were helpful and did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy.
I also enjoyed hanging out at the bar which had a great choice of local beers. Vee served me several times and she was great to talk with. Great service from all the bar staff.
On the day before we came home, we had an issue with our rental car, which went missing. The staff were absolutely fantastic in resolving the issue for us. The manager Lakmal was so helpful and arranged for a security guard to come and escort us and retrieve the car safely. Lakmal was thoroughly professional throughout and made sure we were looked after and made several phone calls for us.
Klevist , Patricia and Majiec were also really helpful and ensured that we were able to continue with our plans for the day.
We cannot thank them enough for their help , we were truly grateful. Such a great team at this hotel makes everything run smoothly.
I will only stay here now for my future trips to Reykjavik and will recommend this brand to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much for a fantastic stay.

Hochwertiges, modernes City Hotel mit Spitzenauasicht
Pros:

Ein komfortables, modernes Hotel, mit sehr guter Stadtlage und toller Aussicht von den höheren Zimmern entweder auf den Hafen oder das Esya Massiv. Gutes Restaurant und gemütlicher Biergarten, freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Bemängeln kann man fast nur das Preisniveau, vielleicht noch den fehlenden Spa Bereich.

Perfect Location
