Good hotel except for poor air circulation in room
Pros:

Very helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Poor air circulation in room. We were on 14th floor and it was uncomfortably hot even with small window open. The two restaurants in hotel had limited menus and the best dining options required at least a 10 minute walk.

No hot water till after 8.30 pm. Thy had a plumbing problem and told us it would be fixed in 15mins at 5.30 pm.

Pros:

The hotel has a great location and a wonderful atmosphere. We always pay close attention to breakfast when staying at hotels, and this was one of the best breakfasts we have had during our travels. The food was fresh, delicious, and always ran smoothly and efficiently, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Justyna at reception and the rest of the team were very friendly and helpful.

A special mention goes to the Shift Manager, Weronika, whose professionalism, excellent organization, and dedication helped ensure everything ran seamlessly. Her positive attitude and support contributed greatly to making our stay enjoyable.
We will definitely return to this hotel in the future.
