It's present stayed!
Pros:

The receptionist who I believe she was the owner was very kind and give me all the information I needed for my stay. It's quite convinent to get the town and local shops around.

Everything you need
Pros:

Good location, super clean, everything you need will be there. We were super happy with them. Totally recommended for families and quiet guests.

Cons:

I would have liked to be able to close the ceiling window so light would not go in in the early hours. Don't know if it works with a controller that only staff has.

Pros:

Camera ampia e ben attrezzata. Struttura complessivamente pulita. 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 15 dal centro commerciale di Lewisham

Cons:

Per un soggiorno di 4 notti sarebbe da prevedere almeno un cambio asciugamani.

It’s clean , and comfort.

Cons:

It’s about the cleaner not let me know to enter the room while we are outside and they move our clothes hang in other place without permission.

Tolles freundliches Personal. Sehr aufmerksam.

Cons:

Die Treppe zum Zimmer war sehr schwer zugänglich.
Das sollte bitte in die Beschreibung aufgenommen werden.
Überall Teppichboden für Allergiker leider nicht so gut geeignet.

Milý personál, čistota ubytování, pravidelný úklid, jednoduché, ale dostačující vybavení. Hezká čtvrť, dobrá dostupnost do centra, obchůdky v okolí.

Cons:

Pro 4 osoby byl apartmán malý. Na přespání ok, ale když jsme se chtěli všichni 4 najíst, bylo místa opravdu málo.

Prima verblijf gehad
Pros:

Erg vriendelijke gastheer/vrouw.
Appartement was wat kleiner dan op de foto leek maar dat was voor ons geen probleem.
Prima verbinding met trein en/of bus naar de stad.
Heerlijk restaurant naast de deur.

Cons:

De wijk was iets minder maar we hebben ons geen moment onveilig gevoeld.

Overall, a decent stay in a convenient location but please upgrade mattress and pillows!
Pros:

Friendly and very helpful staff. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean. Free reserved parking. Convenient location, lots of shops, coffee shops etc nearby and good transport links into London.

Cons:

There was some confusion as I had booked a studio which was as pictured but the blurb on the site described it as having a separate bedroom. The blurb needs to be updated with accurate info. to avoid disappointment. Having said that, the room was spacious and facilities were excellent. The bed and pillows weren't very comfortable, springs could be felt in the mattress and the pillows are lumpy. We stayed for 4 nights and would've expected the room to be cleaned perhaps once and towels changed during that time.
