Excellent accueil du personnel qui a trouvé une solution de parking sans réservation préalable de notre part. Balcon de la chambre 46 spacieux et agréablement équipé. Accès au centre ville possible à pied.

Cons:

La chambre 46 ne dispose pas d'une salle de bains. et WC dans la chambre. Isolation insuffisante entre chambres surtout avec des voisins bruyants !

Für 400.- Euro/Nacht ist dieses Hotel eine Zumutung. Investitionsstau. In dem einzigen Zimmer ( unter dem Dach ) war eine Klimaanlage, das Bad aus den 70er Jahren. Ausstattung schlecht. Hier wird nur noch Profit gemacht!Das

es waren 35 grad am abend und keine klimaanlagen im hotel wir konnten deswegen nicht übernachten und mann hat und trotzdem den vollen preis belastet finden es unverhältnismäßig

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch der Ort, wo es eingenommen werden kann (Terrasse), ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Das Einzelzimmer hat mir überhaupt nicht gefallen. Es ist sehr, sehr klein. Für den Preis von fast Fr. 200 habe ich ein grösseres Zimmer mit mehr Komfort erwartet. Man kann sich in dem Zimmer praktisch nicht bewegen. Leider behandeln sehr viele Hotels die Einzelreisenden einfach sehr schlecht. Die Einzelzimmer sind oft in einer schlechteren Lage als die Doppelzimmer und haben in der Regel eine Zimmergrösse, die kleiner als die Hälfte der Doppelzimmer ist. Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer im Perle gesehen. Es ist bestimmt dreimal so gross wie mein Einzelzimmer. Und den Preis habe ich auch verglichen. Das Doppelzimmer kostet pro Person deutlich weniger.
Das Zimmer hat auch keine Klimaanlage. Auf dem Schreibtisch steht zwar ein grosser Ventilator. Aber wir wissen, dass ein Ventilator nicht kühlt. Zudem wird wegen des Ventilators der Schreibtisch unbrauchbar. Und der Ventilator läuft nur, wenn das Licht an ist. Ich weiss, wir befinden uns gerade in einer Hitzeperiode. Aber es war im Zimmer in der Nacht einfach nicht auszuhalten.

Schönes und gut gelegenes Hotel direkt in Ascona und nur knapp 3 Minuten vom See enfernt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet und auch das Frühstücksbuffet liess keine Wünsche übrig.
