Pros:

Perfect location next to the ADO bus terminal. Great bar/restaurant (not associated with hotel) attached to lobby. Friendly staff, bag hold was helpful. Room A/C worked great. Let us use pool after check-out until our bus departure.

Cons:

Only a small window in the bathroom so didn't seem to air much afterwards but didn't seem damp.

Hotel construction works ongoing
Pros:

Right beside bus station so easy to get airport shuttle

Cons:

Upon arrival, we were asked to sign a 'disclosure waiver' regarding construction works taking place in the hotel. These construction works were not advertised at the time of booking and were not mentioned in any email subsequent to booking. There is no mention of these ongoing construction works on Booking.com. At 9am the drilling and jack hammering started, turning the hotel into a building site. It was fine for a one night transit stay, however, I would not recommend any longer than one night.

Vlak naast het ADO busstation, schoon en prima bedden.

Cons:

De prijs is wat hoog voor wat je krijgt. De kamers waren prima voor 1 nachtje Cancun in verband met de vlucht naar huis, maar ik zou het hotel absoluut niet boeken voor een langer verblijf: erg primitief. Het ontbijt was inclusief, maar is niet perse de moeite waard.

But this is where ends a good part. Front desk lady was occupied talking with someone instead of explaining us how to use facilities of the hotel(about pool didint even mentioned how to access) even thought we was staying just for one night( very close to ado bus station) but was worst hotel choice of all
Hollidays. The room, when entered was crazy hot humid.And smelling like socks. No toiletries. Or glass for water. In the morning we went to hotels restaurant to get a coffee. Asked if its possible to pay by card. Lady said yes. We drunk our coffee. Ready to pay and she says- no. Just cash. We explained that we dont have cash because leaving the country now. She insisted to order smth more to reach the minimal amount which you can pay by card. We did. After went to smoke and she was pressing to go to front deak (inside the hotel, different building of cafeteria to pay) asap. its the firs time in mexico when we had such a bad experience with staff and hotel.

Le parking et la proximité 15min de l'aéroport

Cons:

Nous avions réservé 3 chambres avec des enfants et avions demandé à avoir au moins 2 chambres côte à côte.apres 30min on nous a dit que cela n'était pas possible.sur les 3 chambres une était dans l'aile non restaurée et etait horrible, une odeur de renfermé et impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre car scellée. Apres être retourné à l'accueil pour échanger et après encore 30min nous avons finalement eu 2 chambres quasiment côte à côte avec juste une chambre entre.

Great value for money
Pros:

For the price you can’t go wrong. Has almost everything you will need. You are very close to everything and there is parking available. The aircon was amazing and the shower was great.

Cons:

No fridge and location was not the best but that’s just being nitpicking. Pool could have been nicer.
