Fuí de paso 2 veces, la primera vez estuvo super bien porque me dieron una habitación recien remodelada, la segunda vez me dejo el avión y regrese ahí porq me habia gustado (cañidad-precio) pero oh sorpresa! La segunda vez me dieron una habitación muy muy muy deteriorada, en todos los sentidos. Entonces si toca habitación vieja los vas a odiar.

Onaangekondigde renovatiewerken recht tegenover mijn kamer van 8u tot 18u30.

Bij check-in om 22u kreeg ik een papier te tekenen in Spaans ivm renovatiewerken, er werd mij verteld dat er niet veel lawaai zou zijn maar ik kon niet rusten van mijn reis. Met wederzijds akkoord mocht ik annuleren met een refund.

Na checkout kreeg ik een bericht dat ik de refund niet zou krijgen. Ik had die refund nodig opeen nieuw hotel te kunnen boeken.

Elke dag een bericht dan wel een refund dan niet een refund. Booking.com zijn fout, neen de fout van het hotel, neen booking. Com neen het hotel ligt dwars.... Elke dag weer een ander verhaal met tegenstrijdigheden. Dat psychologisch spelletje ging zo een week verder tot de stress mij een dreigement liet sturen ivm naar de media te stappen met mijn verhaal met een lokale journalist, lang verhaal, kreeg ineens wel mijn refund. Zal nooit meer teruggaan. Bende leugenaars

Close to the bus terminal

Cons:

The room smelled strongly of mold, and the bathroom and closet doors wouldn't close. There was no exhaust fan, and because the building was old, it was difficult to open the windows.

Comodo e carino!
Pros:

Stanza confortevole, bagno nuovo con doccia spaziosa, aria condizionata, bottigliette d'acqua di cortesia. È un'ottima sistemazione per un breve soggiorno a Cancun, infatti la posizione è comoda, essendo vicino sia alla stazione ADO che alla fermata del bus che porta alla spiaggia. Il personale è stato molto gentile nel tenerci le valigie anche dopo il nostro check out.

Cons:

Il bagno è un po' piccolino, infatti per accedere alla doccia bisogna per forza chiudere la porta del bagno altrimenti non si passa.
