Very very rude staff🤬🤬🤬

Cons:

The staff was very very rude I was late checking in it was 11pm I was greeted with your late checking in and the key fob machine wasn’t working so I was given the master key but told if I loose it it would be $150 dollars. Not what I needed after I’ve had a long day. I will not stay at your hotel again

Everything was very nice and luxury. You first walk in and it smells amazing inside. Breakfast is delicious. Room was super clean and big and we really enjoyed the comfort. They even welcomed me through the tv and said welcome to my name. It felt very nice. Staff was kind. Pool was so nice and relaxing too! I would highly recommend staying here it’s a very nice place and you will feel happy.
