The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, took her a while because she was in the back somewhere. But overall was welcoming.
The ice machine was broken on the 2nd floor which was a big inconvenience. Wish breakfast was open until 11 like other hilton locations.

I was there for 2 hours tops and checked out.
the check in process due to the system being down. the receptionist had to go to the hotel to check us in. the room keys didn't work. had to make multiple trips to the desk. She did say they might not work but the workers were there and she would bring working keys once done. she had to come with me upstairs to use her master key to let us in, but if we left the room, we couldn't get back in without her. Spectra company showed up on one of my trips to the desk, stated they are going in monitor room to fix the issues, service should be up shortly. Only to find out they couldn't fix it and needed to go to the field. This issue was connected to internet, TV and phones to call desk etc. I'm a person that has to sleep with the TV on or sound. Because of location of my room, everything buffered. I couldn't sleep.
NOTHING! The staff was horrible & they canceled my reservation 15 minutes after they called me about my payment, when I was supposed to pay WHEN I checked in! I was no where near the property & they were price gouging because of the hurricane! They were charging almost $1000 for the rooms that I had reserved back in July for $531.

Convenient to i-10, and the facilities were clean.
The receptionist Lied to me. I brought my small dog with me, as I was finishing up checking in she told me there would be an incidental fee of $25 as she called it. She said it would be refunded to my card in the morning after the room was cleaned. That never hapenned. I sent an email and called and got no response back. Then my card was charged that same fee a second time and that made me pretty upset.

Our room A/C didn't work properly. We finally got the room under 73° by setting the thermostat at 60°!
The bed orientation in this room was odd. The TV was to your side and no way to turn it towards the bed!

The staff was very very rude I was late checking in it was 11pm I was greeted with your late checking in and the key fob machine wasn’t working so I was given the master key but told if I loose it it would be $150 dollars. Not what I needed after I’ve had a long day. I will not stay at your hotel again
