Good for a last minute, no other option hotel.
Cons:

I paid for a room with one queen sized bed including a kitchenette. The front desk staff was ignorant upon arrival; the side parking lots have no lighting so they are very dark. The ice machine was out of order both days. And the room was so small and had two queen beds and no kitchenette. There wasn’t even enough room for a chair in the room! And there wasn’t any mirrors in the room except the little bathroom vanity mirror.

Pros:

The free breakfast and location.

Cons:

The restrooms were closed and two of us have bowl issues so it was hard to organize our potty use without the other one being in pain due to only one bathroom.

If I come back to the area I will stay in the same hotel it is the second time I have been there.
Cons:

Wifi was down and they sent me to an already occupied room because of remote scheduling.

The hotel room & bathroom were filthy. There were holes & mold in the ceiling. The sheets & drapery were dirty & stained. Hair & blood was on the bed. There was blood on the carpet & drapery. This is unsafe & the health department needs to be contacted. The staff were unprofessional & rude. This an unsafe environment & my children were scared. This is the worst hotel I've been to.

Stay somewhere else, not worth the money.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, coffee was good.

Cons:

Lamps, toilet seat, shower, safety lock were all broken in room. Walls scratched up & stained. Shower was dirty.

Right next to the Ren Faire grounds, about a 4 minute walk.

Cons:

Last year we parked at the lot in the morning and they offered to check us in early for no fee. Didn't happen this year.

Some of the front desk staff were friendly.

Cons:

In all honesty, this particular property needs an entire makeover or tear down and rebuild. Not sure if it was because we had an accessible room but the bathroom had no counter so doing anything in there was a little inconvenient.
Also, don’t expect much for breakfast.

The power went out and there was no backup generator that all hotels should have. Due to that, power restoration would be delayed for 4 DAYS so we were eventually kicked out of the hotel around 10pm and had to find other accommodations with no assistance from them over the July 4th weekend
