Le problème déjà évoqué précédemment d'accès à la plage qui peut parfois poser des problèmes d'attente (un double des clefs accroché à la carte de la chambre serait l'idéal)

Pros:

Lo mejor del hotel: el servicio que tienen gratuito para acercarte a Mindelo, la piscina y la ubicación (cerca de la playa de Sao Pedro)

Cons:

La señal Wifi no llegaba hasta la habitación, el acceso a la playa estaba conectado por una puerta que siempre estaba cerrada y a veces no había nadie que te abriese (lo que te obligaba a tener que dar toda la vuelta al recinto para poder acceder a ella) y el restaurante calidad-precio y variedad pésimo.

Las camas eran cómodas y las almohadas

Cons:

El personal del hotel insulso, no hace nada por intentar ayudarte. El único que se salva es el señor que está en chiringuito de la piscina.

Las instalaciones no están cuidadas, de las piscinas solo tienen en funcionamiento una, la otra cerrada y el agua verde.
Para salir a la playa tienes que pedir que un empleado te abra la puerta y luego esperar que te abran ( si te ven) no te avisan que a partir de las seis no te van a abrir y tendrás que darte la vuelta.
El wifi solo funciona en la piscina y en el restaurante, en las habitaciones no funciona.
El restaurante deja mucho que desear, comida de muy mala calidad y cara, siendo lo único para poder cenar.

Prima verblijf voor korte vakantie.
Pros:

Het is rustig en de kamers waren goed, schoon en ruim. Personeel is behulpzaam en staat voor je klaar. Gratis bus naar Mindelo op vastgestelde tijden.

Cons:

Geen wifi/internet op de kamer. Ontbijt is tot 9:30 uur en dat is voor een vakantie erg vroeg.

Lugar calmo e sossegado - aconselhado para quem quer descansar
Pros:

Nós fomos uma família de 4 pessoas e ficamos numa vila, que foi bem espaçoso. O pequeno Almoço é razoável mas não farto (é simples). A equipa do hotel é muito simpática e todos muito atenciosos e sempre preocupados com o nosso bem estar.

Cons:

O wifi nos quartos não é forte, mas nas áreas comuns funciona. Algumas zonas já precisavam de uma remodelação (vilas)

Da simpatia de todo o staf, da limpeza do quarto, apesar da área comum ser enorme, fazem um esforço para manter sempre tudo limpo, uma das piscinas tem um bar onde passam música local super socegado ideal para quem gosta de passar umas férias tranquilas, o hotel dispõe de transporte gratuito para a cidade de Mindelo. O que é uma mais valia. O Diretor é uma pessoa extraordinária sempre disponível para ajudar os hospedes. Se um dia voltar a São Vicente ficarei conserteza nesse Hotel.
