La gentillesse du personnel, ma chambre vue mer,calme et confortable.
L'emplacement est bien situé. Le nettoyage des chambres est parfaitement réalisée. Merci mesdames.
Chambre non prête à notre arrivée, attente d'un lit enfant pliable 15 min, puis changement à nouveau du lit enfant pour un sommier, sans couverture. Malgré la précision de notre arrivée pour 18h-19h, nous n'avons eu pleinement satisfaction de la literie qu'à 21h. Pour ce qui est de la SDB, lunette des wc non stable, rafistolée avec une cheville orange, place limité entre le mur et les wc, il ne faut pas être costaud. pour l'eau chaude, il a fallu appeler 2 fois, pour qu'une personne vienne "voir", le jour de notre arrivée 20h et le lendemain à 10h pour en avoir. Nous avons décidé d'écourter notre séjour d'une nuit, avec commande d'un taxi bus pour la destination de Tunis sur 2 hôtels distincts, une course facturée et payer a l'accueil de l'hôtel Byzance. Une fois le chauffeur arrivé, il pensait que c'était pour l'aéroport. Il se plaint que ce ne soit pas sa destination émis par son responsable. Bref, toujours tout redire, tout contrôler, sinon risque de surprise. Je conseille fortement de télécharger l'application INDRIVE pour commander des courses Taxi, et de connaître d'avance le prix fixe !
Nous avons passé plusieurs fois par cet établissement, toujours la même remarque pour les agents de sécurité qui sont irrespectueux (gros mots et des grimaces incompréhensibles). La dernière fois ils ont osé agressé l'un des clients à l'entrée tout simplement parce qu'il portait une casquette (à la réception le personnel s'est excusé en disant "ils savaient pas que vous êtes des résidents"..)
Le reste du personnel était correct.

I have decided on this hotel already a year ago and this year I have been there and was very satisfied, more than satisfied.
The building itself was nice, maybe 50m from the sea. I had a nice room with a balcony on the 3rd floor with a fantastic view of the sea but also of the city.
The room was nice, reasonable, comfortable. I asked in advance to have a good soft bed because of my bad back and they arranged it so I slept well.
The bathroom was reasonable too, nice.
I had dinners at the hotel and the food was really nice and tasty. Not to mention the breakfast which was very good with many different warm sausages, fried and boiled eggs, cheeses, salami, lots to choose from. I usually have problems with my stomach but here I had no problems at all. It used to be a buffet so you could choose what you wanted and how much you wanted, of course.
The serving staff were very nice and helpful. The same at reception and the cleaning lady incredibly nice and the room was nice and clean all the time. Upon my arrival I also received a nice rose from her for the room so that was a surprise.
Wifi worked well without any problems.
It was close to the sea so if you go there in the summer there is a small beach you can lie on. Various small eateries and cafes are also there.
I really enjoyed it there, one of the best hotels I have been to and I travel several times a year to different destinations in the world I can say.
So I can only highly recommend this hotel.
If you are a little sensitive to loud music, ask the hotel to give you a room not overlooking the swimming pool.
