Spero che si migliorano questa struttura può avere tutte le caratteristiche per avere grande success

Cons:

dovrebbero migliorare i servizi dal semplice telecomando della TV che non funziona dal materasso troppo usurato, è un immagine negativa di presentazione tutto sommato per accomodare una o due notti può andare poi diventerebbe pesante perché se non riposi bene ti stressi

Great location seaside. Pretty quiet. Quiet at night. Nice clean pool. Friendly smiling staff, Syrine is your number one exceptional receptionist. She will be at your service, absolutely reliable. Good food also restaurants at the beach.
15 min walk to souk. Parking outside and there is a guard at the door all the time. Everyday room cleaning service.

The hotel is comfy with all the amenities and close to the room.

Cons:

I believe the hotel has to manage better guest information. I travelled alone and stayed at the hotel only 1 night. I haven't interacted or shared my name, let alone my last name, to anyone in the hotel, but the receptionist during check in. For my surprise, 2 men added me on instagram saying they saw me there. The only way they could have known my name is with the hotel staff that completed my checkin.

كل شي ممتاز ولله الحمد لاكن اسعار الطعام في مطعم الفندق مرتفعه قليلا بعض الشي
اتمنى تقليل الاسعار قليلا وكذالك سعر الشيشه في مقهى الفندق افضلها ان تكون بسعر اقل من (15) دينار الى (10) دينار

Pros:

Worst experience in my entire life. Rooms are not how they are shown on the photos. 1 electrical socket in the entire room. The bathrooms are absolutely vile. They advertise that they have a private beach bar which THEY DO NOT!!! The staff are rude, there are loads of the locals smoking inside of the hotel bar. The ‘private beach’ is not anywhere close to being private, it is open to the locals and is dirty, I couldn’t even put my feet in there. The cleaner also keeps trying to come into our room unannounced at random times when we’re inside of the room? Very weird. This hotel is a scam and I do not recommend booking EVER.

Ottime hotel ma spiaggia totalmente negativa
Pros:

Scelto la suite e siamo stati molto soddisfatti, comoda, posizione fronte mare ideale per il relax. Letti comodi, appartamento grande, frutta di benvenuto e frigobar fornito. Colazione più che buona e cena non male per una sera.
Personale gentilissimo che è venuto subito a sostituire doccino e cassaforte non funzionanti, camerieri e personale in generale molto disponibili. Piscina OK

Cons:

Vasca idromassaggio totalmente inutilizzabile in quanto il dispositivo idromassaggio era completamente divelto.
Spiaggia impraticabile, sporca e senza una struttura adeguarta ma si rimedia andando un po' più aanti a piedi oppure a 10 minuti di auto verso Hammamet

La chambre spacieuse avec balcon et vue sur la mer ou piscine et le grand lit confortable avec une belle salle de bains et des rangements, le bar le soir et ces tapas ou le midi et la piscine le matin et petit déjeuner en terrasse, le calme, la tranquillité, la gentillesse du personnel c'est mon quartier general chaque fois que je vais en Tunisie au rapport qualité prix imbattable ou je gare mon véhicule juste devant sous le regard du personnel de sécurité toujours présent

Je trouve que le petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible, le café est très bon mais au lieu d'une machine à jus de fruit artificiel au prix des oranges en Tunisie l'hôtel aurait tout intérêt à s'équiper d'une machine à orange pressée plutôt que ce jus de fruit bas de gamme quitte à payer 1 ou 2 euros de plus la formule 'petit déjeuner : j' aime le petit déjeuner à la française, 1 bon café, 1 bon jus d'orange et 1 bonne viennoiserie qui ne sont pas terrible non plus et avec des fruits, encore une fois quand on voit le prix des fruits en Tunisie et les barquettes de fraises à prix donné sur le bord des routes je ne comprend pas pourquoi l'hôtel ne propose pas un large choix de fruits suivant la saison, d'accord pour les autres voyageurs il y a des saucisses des œufs. Ect mais ce n'est pas mon kiff le matin, j'aime la simplicité mais la qualité ce qui ne serait pas un surcout pour l'hôtel de proposer du vrai jus d'orange pressé et de bonnes viennoiseries pour les français qui sont appréciés par les tunisiens, je le redis le café est très bon, les fruits auiss quand il y en a... Cet hôtel gagnerai une étoile en faisant un effort sur le petit déjeuner même si je dois payer un peu plus pour ça cela ne me dérangerait pas vu l'excellent rapport qualite prix pour les prestations de l'hôtel

Pros:

Restauration possible sur place (bar et salle de restaurant) : très pratique ! Piscine sympa et bien protégée. Personnel serviable et très agréable. Un établissement qui a quelques années mais avec un bon rapport qualité-prix, je reviendrais.

Cons:

On a encore le droit de fumer à l'intérieur en Tunisie. La fumée de tabac surprend toujours quand on est soi-même non fumeur, et qu'on vient d'un pays où ce n'est plus possible.
