Appartement 3 chambres très propre vu piscine. Petit déjeuner bon. L hôtel est a 15min de la ville ville en Grab fans un quartier sympa - il y a des travaux dans le quartier mais le bruit nous a pas dérangé. L équipe de la réception de l hôtel est adorable et très reactive!

Cons:

Le spa. La fille a la réception du spa s est visiblement enervee lorsque nous n avons pas souhaité laisser un pourboire a la masseuse.
Lors du règlement il y a déjà un rajout de TVA non annonceé

The telephone line wasn’t working and the housekeeping staff needs to be trained properly. The breakfast is not so good always the same food and not many variety of international food. Breakfast is not worth

الفندق جميل جدا، و طاقم الاستقبال متعاون لابعد الحدود.
الموقع ونظافة الغرف ممتازة.
قريب جدا من مطعم (مولانا) - حلال- مشيا على الأقدام
ومحلات أخرى قريبة لا تبعد كثيرا عنه
الإفطار مرتب ومتنوع

Cons:

يحتاج تلطيف مدخل الفندق (اللوبي) وإضافة إضاءة لإعطائه منظرا حيويا للزائر
بطاقة ال فيزا لم تشتغل معهم .. السبب أجهزة البنك عندهم

Highly recommend the hotel for a good place to stay when visiting Westlake area.
Pros:

Centrally located for lake, shopping malls and restaurants, although surrounded by major building works.
We had a lovely overnight stay. Check-in was organised and reception staff were friendly and helpful.
Our room was perfect, clean, spacious, well appointed with an outlook over the spacious pool and Westlake. (10 min walk from hotel)
Very good gym.
I had a pedicure at the spa which provided a clean and professional service

Cons:

Breakfast was not 5*
We arrived at 9am ahead of a 10am finish and a lot of options had finished ie) no boiled eggs, no salad… despite this we were satisfied with what was available

Pros:

The hotel was great, clean, comfortable and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was pretty good as well. The location was a little far from the centre, but it was a very cheap Grab to get there, so not a big problem.

Cons:

I didnt like the government building site across the road from the hotel, i wouldnt likely have booked this if id known about it, however the staff and the hotel itself did its best to make me forget the situation.
