Pros:

The hotel offers luxurious facilities, an excellent breakfast, and spacious rooms. The room I was given had a beautiful view of the swimming pool and a wonderful garden, making my stay even more enjoyable.

I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Adam for his outstanding assistance and kindness. When I checked out, the hotel staff surprised me with a lovely gift, a thoughtful gesture that I truly appreciated.

I sincerely thank the entire team from the bottom of my heart for their hospitality and generosity. I wish the hotel continued success and all the very best. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

Great escape after a hectic day as a tourist
Pros:

The location was good, very easy to get to the old quarter via grab and could walk to other bars and restaurants around the lake.
Room was a good size and comfortable, breakfast was nice and easy and we enjoyed the pool.
Service was friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

We wasn't aware the hotel was part of service apartments and we felt it didn't have the tourist vibe as compared to a busy hotel but is fantastic for chilling out for example after a hectic day in the old quarter.
