Property was clean and well appointed.
Quiet location but easy to get to everything.
Patrick at reception was amazing and went well above and beyond.

Friendly staff and hospitality. Great breakfast, clean rooms and overal clean hotel.

It is a kind of luxury feeling accomodation. Rooms are nice and well equipped. Breakfast is perfect. But the most satisfying was the staff and hospitality. We liked the pool and facilities for kids, billiard and the atmosphere. Massage is also a must try.

Unsere Tochter (1,5 Jahre) konnte sich gut beschäftigen. Wäre super, wenn die Spielsachen etwas gepflegter wären, aber sonst top.

Posto elegante e pulito ma non sfarzoso, proprio come cercavamo noi. Lontano dalla confusione del centro storico di Hanoi, vicino al lago con parchi e passeggiate molto accessibili. Ottima accoglienza, personale gentile e disponibile. Super colazione oltre alle aspettative.

The reception staff were amazing, Patrick, Nina and Jess always made me feel welcome, and were more than happy to help with anything I needed

We loved the breakfast buffet. (Highly recommend) very friendly and helpful staffs always ready to help us. Also we felt peace and harmony staying at the hotel clean and quit environment.

Beautiful interior and room. Really comfy beds. Pool area excellent and breakfast buffet enormous choice!
Good area as just out of old town but easy reach in a grab.
Building work in the area but that's everywhere.

L'accueil du personnel, à l'écoute, bienveillant, discret.
L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont très spacieuses, literie confortable, rien ne manque.
Le petit déjeuner, excellent, très varié
La piscine est adaptée, une 25 m, très propre avec des douches et serviettes à disposition.
La salle de sport est importante avec de nombreuses machines.
Nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester le sauna, dommage

We felt totally 'at home' during our 2 week stay because all of the staff made us feel so welcome and so comfortable. They were very kind and caring, friendly, courteous and professional and couldn't do enough for us. Because we were in Hanoi to be with our son, daughter-in-law and grandson, they were often at the hotel with us and we were always made to feel very comfortable about them having breakfast with us and using the facilities, which made a huge difference for us as a family. The very courteous housekeeping staff often happily worked around us when we had our small grandson in the room with us and were smiley and friendly. The friendly and helpful reception staff always greeted us warmly each time we passed through and one young man in particular was lovely; empathetic and with a great, quirky sense of humour! I didn't get his name, but when we were leaving he seemed genuinely sad and understood that we were sad too. The excellent, attentive restaurant staff were always kind and caring, accommodating our family and providing us with hot water every day for our decaffeinated coffee... and gin and tonics most evenings!
