Great stay at the Ayass Hotel
Pros:

Front desk staff was excellent. Upgraded to a suite both nights. We stayed a Monday and Thursday nights. They stored our excess luggage while we were off exploring Petra, Wadi Rum, and the dead sea.

Excellent breakfast - 2 bottles of water in the room. The room was very clean. Hotel restaurant was good too

Cons:

Everything was great

Excellent Stay and Outstanding Service
Pros:

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. I also truly appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special.
A special thank you to Ms. Abu Reesh for following up with me after checkout to make sure everything went well and to ask if I had any comments or feedback. This level of care and attention is truly valuable and reflects the hotel’s commitment to its guest
