Pros:

The location was close to the beach and easy accessible with the walkway over the highway right beside the property.

Cons:

The rooms need to be remodeled. There were large cracks around the entrance door, no deadbolt for security and safety. The room itself remind you of something in the 80s the showerhead constantly leaked at the head when showering there was hardly no water pressure. The commode was not clean and there was nowhere to put your washcloth, soap or anything while in the shower. I think if the room was updated, the review will definitely change. The customer service was great, but I just didn’t enjoy my stay. Also, they had items out there for breakfast, but the pancakes and the omelettes were made in the back and the front desk would bring them out to you. I think that should be already made and in heaters on the table where you can get them on your own or prepare them yourself like most places that have breakfast included…that’s just my opinion..

Recommend for a short simple stay
Pros:

The front-desk employees were always extremely nice, helpful and attentive. They made sure we had all the information we needed and were very hands-on whenever we asked for assistance. The hotel is cute, comfortable and offers good value for the price, especially if you are visiting Puerto Rico mainly to explore, shop and enjoy the island. The location is also very convenient. There is a pedestrian bridge right outside the hotel that crosses the highway and takes you directly into Isla Verde. Within about five minutes, you can reach restaurants, shops, some nightlife and the beach. Although our stay happened during a drought with scheduled water interruptions, the hotel handled the situation very well. We were always informed of the water schedule, and the staff could turn on the cistern temporarily whenever we needed to shower or use the bathroom. I had also read comments about the hotel being very noisy because of the nearby highway, but personally, I did not find the traffic noise too disturbing.

Cons:

There isn’t much to do at the hotel itself, and the pool was unavailable during our stay because of the drought. Breakfast was quite simple, with basic options such as eggs, cheese and bagels. It was enough to start the day, but we preferred eating elsewhere on most mornings. The rooms could also use some refreshing, and the bathroom was quite small, even for a couple. We stayed in Room 22 and noticed a few minor maintenance issues, including cracked tiles, a loose back-porch door that allowed wind to pass underneath, a flickering porch light and average TV quality. You can also sometimes hear guests in the neighboring rooms. These details did not ruin our stay, but some improvements would make the experience more comfortable. This hotel is better suited to travelers who plan to spend their days exploring rather than those looking for a relaxing, resort-style stay.

The receptionist were nice, the location is good (10min to the airport) but that's about it..

Cons:

Small room, small bed, property is right next to the highway and the doors apparently made out of paper, so you'll hear everything. The ac doesn't work properly, there's only 1 electric outlet in the room..

Pros:

Close to the airport just for short one night sleep.

Cons:

Mostly no water for shower and it was not a clean place. Expensive and you get nothing.

For that money or less we get 4-5 star hotel in Kostarika and Panama.
