Pros:

Comfy and clean.

Cons:

Wedding party at hotel made getting to sleep difficult due to loud music. Was informed at check-in that room had been upgraded to mitigate disruption, but noise was too excessive for a comfortable sleep.

Very comfortable stay, great staff.
Pros:

I booked last minute with my wife and daughter. We had the family room which was very spacious indeed.
Probably would say we all had one of the best nights sleep for a long time, very comfortable beds and not at all noisy, despite having the windows open all night due to the heat.
Staff all wonderful and breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Only small negative was our 7 year old daughter burnt her arm on the heated towel rail. It was nothing serious, she was fine, but a caution sign next to it might be worth having in place.
Otherwise, no complaints.

Pros:

I was initially disappointed in the room, but it was fully equipped, great shower, big Tv and really comfort bed. The Staff at reception, in the bar and the Breakfast team were fantastic, very friendly and a credit to the hotel. Great parking outside. will definitely stay again when I travel through Portsmouth for the ferry to Guernsey.

Cons:

No view from my single room.

Pros:

The hotel was nice and clean. Our room had a tremendous view out over Southsea Common and beyond. Breakfast was very nice and we did eat there one evening, when the food was good.

Cons:

The steps up to the hotel were steep but there was another entrance from the road at the side of the hotel, where we managed to get my husband's mobility scooter in and out but it was still a bit difficult.
