Hotel mě velmi mile překvapil, narozdíl od většiny konkurence není neosobní a prezentuje zájem o klienta od prvního okam
Pros:

Přestože jde o rozlehlý hotel, všude je klid, ochotný český personál v dobré náladě i během festivalového náporu. Hotel poskytuje absolutní pohodlí, myslí se na detaily. Výborná je snídaně, včetně hotového zeleného čaje, absolutní čistota a komfortně vybavené pokoje.

Gute Lage, aber Rentnerhotel, nicht gegen Geld buchen, für verschriebene Kur OK.

Das Bett war bequem und das Frühstück war ok (aber sicher nicht ”hervorragend" wie es in der Beschreibung steht. Der Highlight waren die pochierten Eier.

Cons:

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Für 230€/Nacht und angeblich 4 Sterne erwarte ich deutlich mehr. Oder deutlich günstiger Preis für das, was man tatsächlich bekommt.
1. Das Personal!!!! Größtes Manko hier, sollte um Meilen freundlicher werden. Das Hotel besteht aus 2 oder 3 Gebäuden, das neuere liegt direkt an der Straße, das älteste, in dem wir übernachtet haben, ist im die Ecke und deutlich nach hinten versetzt, somit nicht gleich sichtbar. Die Adresse in der Bestätigungsmail ist vom neueren Haus an der Straße und somit würden wir vom Navi hierhin geführt. Als wir angekommen sind, wurden wir von einer "netten" Dame fast noch an der Tür empfangen, die uns auch schon fragte, was wir denn hier wollen würden. Auf meine Antwort, dass wir reserviert haben, erwiderte die Dame in sehr gebrochenem Englisch "Sicher nicht hier" (hat sie wohl an unserem Aussehen "erkannt"!?!). Im anderen Gebäude wurde der Empfang zwar minimal besser, aber in den nächsten Tagen folgten leider weitere Situationen.
2. Der allgemeine Wellness-Bereich ist zum einen in die Jahre gekommen, zum anderen hat er nicht viel zu bieten. Der Pool und die Sauna sind klein. Der Ruhebereich, bestehend aus 6 Liegestühlen ist in einem Raum mit der kleinen Bar, an der auch die Tücher ausgegeben werden. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse (der Bereich ist im letzten Stockwerk) ist aber toll.
3. Das Restaurant schließt um 20:30 Uhr! Und bietet zwar eine kleine Speisekarte außerhalb des Buffets an, aber gekocht haben sie nach der wahrscheinlich noch nie, denn sie schon mit der Frage danach total überfordert waren. Letztendlich haben wir an dem Abend Abendessen vom Buffet gegen 20€/Person bekommen, hatten aber nur 30 Minuten zum Essen und die nicht voll, denn man noch vor 20:30 Uhr rausgejagt wurde. Die Auswahl und das Essen waren mittelmäßig.

A wonderful experience at the Royal Regent hotel.
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was great, the treatment was as prescribed by the doctor, the food was delicious. Coupled by the excellent location in the heart of the city, the overall impression is excellent.

Pros:

V prvom rade personál, ktorí bol príjemný a vždy ústretoví. Raňajky boli v celku vyhovujúce na daný typ Hotela ale chýbalo viac druhov zeleniny a ovocia. Poloha Hotela vynikajúca, Bazén na streche perfektný na relax aj keď menši v prípade naplnenia kapacity hotela. Veľkosť izby primeraný cene ale na úkor veľkosti kúpeľne v ktorej bola vaňa s nebezpečne šmykľavým povrchom.

Cons:

Parkovanie v hoteli je malé pre väčšie auto a je potrebné o tom informovať vopred, pred rezerváciou parkovania. Lebo za cenu 20€ na noc hosť očakáva primerané parkovanie. Prístup k autu je možný len z vonku po schodoch na 4 poschodie, čo pri starších hosťoch je dosť problematické alebo na požiadanie personálu na recepcii, ktorí tam ale nie je 24/7. Prečo nemôže byť vstup na parkovisko cez hotelovú kartu?
