The view
The rooms were so badly designed. No reading light, no direct light above bed or sofa to read No table! I had room service on the sofa hunched over a low table and could only work on my emails from the bed. Limited amenities in the bathroom. I went for breakfast and they had nothing without caffeine. So I asked for some fresh mint leaves to put in hot water and the waiter immediately said that they didn’t have any without even checking. 30 minutes later I went back to the breakfast room and tried again with another waiter and of course they had them.
Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πανέμορφο, τέλεια διακοσμημένο.
Τα δωμάτια ΤΕΡΆΣΤΙΑ 50τμ.Το προσωπικό ευγενικό ,χαμογελαστό(όχι τυπικά) το χαμόγελο και η ευγένεια ήταν μέσα από την ψυχή τους πάντα εκεί να σου κάνουν τη διαμονή σου πιο άνετη. Το πρωινό(αχ!αυτό το πρωινό,φύγαμε με 2κιλα παραπάνω μέσα σε 3μερες) δεν έχω λόγια απίστευτο ,ότι ήθελες (γαλατοπιτες,καγιανά, αυγά μάτια,φρούτα,γλυκό του κουταλιού,κρουασάν κ.α αλλά πολλά.οι ξαπλώστρες μέσα στην πισίνα τελειες Θα το επισκεφθώ σίγουρα πάλι.
Το μόνο αρνητικό που το ανέφερα και στην ρεσεψιόν ηταν:1° ο κατάλογος στην πισίνα ήταν όλος στα αγγλικά χωρίς να αναγράφονται και στα ελληνικά.2° τα σκαλιά στην πισίνα ήταν λευκά και το χρώμα της πισίνας λευκο με αποτέλεσμα να μην είναι ευδιάκριτα.κατ'με ήθελε μια επισήμανση . Και τα σκαλια στην είσοδο του ξενοδοχείου ηθελαν μια γραμμή να ηεχωριζουν μεταξυ τουςΑυτά.

Ήταν όλα πάρα πολύ ωραία!!Και η τοποθεσία και οι παροχές και η αναβάθμιση σε σουίτα μέσω την booking εξαιρετική!!
Πως γίνεται σε ένα 5 άστερο ξενοδοχείο να μην υπάρχει parking!Οι παρκαδόροι αδιάφοροι χωρίς να εξηγούν πως πας στο άλλο parking τους απέναντι!!Ευτυχώς βρήκαμε σχετικά κοντά μόνοι μας!Αυτό πρέπει να λυθεί ΑΜΕΣΑ γιατί χαλάει όλη την διάθεση και είναι και θέμα ασφάλειας!Δεν μπορεί να πληρώνεις αδρά το δωμάτιο και να μην βρίσκεις parking για το αυτοκίνητο!
Le confort et le brunch
La plage et la mer ne sont pas top.
Outstanding hotel — almost perfect, with one very disappointing exception
We stayed at Nikki Beach for three nights, and overall, this was an exceptionally good hotel experience.
Everything is extremely clean, organized and well maintained. The facilities are beautiful, the pool is absolutely amazing, and having such a beautiful beach right next to the hotel makes the whole experience even better. The breakfast was excellent — generous, fresh, and with an impressive variety of options.
Almost every member of staff we interacted with was genuinely lovely — friendly, polite, welcoming and professional. The overall level of hospitality was exactly what you would expect from a high-end resort.
Unfortunately, there was one very significant exception: the female bartender at the bar.
Her attitude towards us was, quite frankly, extremely unpleasant. She barely smiled, showed very little warmth or friendliness, and made us feel as though serving us was an inconvenience rather than part of her job. There was simply no sense of hospitality in the way she interacted with us.
I cannot comment on how she treated other guests, because I did not see enough of her interactions with them to make that judgment. I can only speak about our own experience — and ours was genuinely uncomfortable.
At one point, her attitude was so strange and unnecessarily hostile that we were left wondering whether there was something personal behind it. I don't want to make an accusation that I cannot prove, but the experience was uncomfortable enough that we even wondered whether there might have been an antisemitic element to her attitude toward us.
And that is particularly disappointing because the rest of our experience was so exceptional.
One employee should not define an entire hotel, especially when almost everything else was genuinely excellent. But when you are paying for a premium luxury experience, basic courtesy, warmth and professionalism should be a given.

Το τζακούζι ήταν βρώμικο….θα έπρεπε να το καθαρίζανε μετά από κάθε αλλαγή πελάτη!!!
The chef (Stamatiadia) was excellent and very personable. He made sure we had excellent breakfast every day. It was literally the best breakfast I have had in a while
Certain things didn’t work at the room including TV.
