It was a good experience, but we won't be back.
Pros:

1 - Location
2 -Clean room, bathroom, bedding, and common areas.
3 - Spacious breakfast room.
4 - Most of the staff were helpful.

Cons:

1 - The building and rooms appear dated and would benefit from some minor renovations and maintenance.
2 - The breakfast service could be more practical and better organized. Although breakfast was included in the room rate, guests are required to order through a server and are expected to leave a tip. The system felt somewhat impractical, with limited variety and difficult access to some items.
3 - One receptionist was not particularly welcoming, and their presentation appeared unprofessional with dirty clothes and an unpleasant appearance.
4 - At checkout, after being informed that the balance had been fully paid, I later received a bank notification for an additional charge. When I returned to reception for clarification, I was informed that another amount would be charged. The situation was uncomfortable and could have been communicated more clearly.

Buena ubicación para un par de noches
Pros:

La ubicación a 4 cuadras del Shea’s theater que es a lo que fui a Buffalo. El personal muy amable. Un día tomé el desayuno del hotel y valió totalmente la pena, muy bueno! Era semana santa, casi todo en el downtown estaba cerrado, pero había locales de comida y los medios de transporte muy cerquita. También tiene bebidas y snacks disponibles para comprar en el lobby.

Cons:

La habitación a simple vista parecía limpia, pero había ropa sucia de otro huesped olvidada en un cajón, y restos de arroz en la alfombra.. ni me quejé porque estuve un par de días nomás..tampoco fue grave
