Hotel di classe con buon comfort e staff ma anche qualche piccola pecca.
Pros:

Bell'albergo a 4 stelle, molto ben tenuto, con camera elegante e spaziosa, relativamente tranquilla. Abbondanza di spazio negli armadi e cassetti, mobilio raffinato, ampio letto, canali TV satellitari, WIFI facile ed efficiente, ampio bagno con comoda doccia e cosmetici.
Colazione ben assortita, personale sorridente e disponibile, posizione tranquilla ma non lontana dal lago d'Iseo e vicino ad altri luoghi d'interesse della zona. Prezzi ragionevoli.

Cons:

La presenza di "salottini" nei corridoi delle camere purtroppo invita alcuni ospiti a trattenersi lì chiacchierando per lunghi periodi, interferendo con la quiete dentro le stanze, ma il personale può intervenire per riportare un po' di calma.
Le parti "calde" della colazione (uova, bacon) vengono servite fredde, sarebbero da tenere perlomeno tiepide.
Sarebbe inoltre gradito, perlomeno nella stagione estiva, offrire 1 bottiglietta d'acqua dal frigo.
Il condizionatore non sembrava funzionare correttamente, non ha mai raggiunto la temperatura impostata (25°), rimanendo fisso a 28° (sempre meglio dei 33° esterni).
Il parcheggio sotterraneo non è dei più facili da utilizzare, e si presenta un po' fatiscente.
