Lovely location. Convenience of having a coffee shop / restaurant on site. Staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Great value for money.
I did not like that the breakfast was no longer a buffet and that it took 45minutes to make to fried eggs. I also did not enjoy the staff telling me that I cannot use the wifi during breakfast, multiple times.

The staff were very friendly. I loved the facilities like the working space and the communal kitchen.
The communal kitchen is a bit smelly and messy. Sometimes the housekeeping forgot some towels, but it wasn't a train smash. I wish I was allowed to work in the restaurant with my laptop while I was eating my breakfast.

Brilliant value for money and vibe. Will be back. Food was delicious. Linen brilliant. Staff absolutely wonderful to deal with - really great.
Only niggle was that breakfast and dinner a bit overpriced - maybe not for Cape Town but relative to the overall value of the experience it was a bit disproportionate. And breakfast only being at 7am is a touch late given the crazy traffic.
