We loved the hotel, especially friendly attitude (Ms Lojain in specific) and hotels proximity to AlHaram

I recommend you give it a try.
Pros:

The staff was very welcoming, polite, and cared for the customer. The room was very nice they even gave as an upgrade which i very much appreciate.

The manager was very nice and checks on you occasionally to see if everything is going well which is very comforting.

Cons:

The only thing i did not like was that there was a stain on the bed when we first arrived.

Excellent service and an unbeatable location near the ladies’ gates.
Pros:

Fantastic stay! The location is perfect, particularly for access to the ladies' gates. A huge thank you to the wonderful staff, especially Fatima and Lojain. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect and took care of every request we had.
