El desayuno esta excelente tiene sazón que es muy importante, la fruta riquisima el melón delicioso, el café excelente y la atencion siempre muy amable de el personal que atendia en ese momento.

Im letzten Jahr war es besser.
Pros:

Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.
Kostenloser Bus-Shuttle zum Flughafen

Cons:

Das Wasser der Dusche war nicht warm. Beim ersten Spülen kam kurz braunes Wasser.
Weil das Hotel wahrscheinlich sehr voll war gab es am dritten Tag beim Frühstück Kaffee aus dem Pappbecher und das Essen aus dem Styroporteller inkl. Plastikgeschirr.

Bajo standard comercial para operar como Hotel Holiday Inn Express

La atención en el check in, la persona pudo solventar de manera efectiva los inconvenientes presentados.

Cons:

El servicio Hotel - Aeropuerto no fue prestado pese a tener una reservación previa .. nos hicieron esperar 1.15 horas en el Aeropuerto, finalmente optamos por un servicio de taxi. El aire acondicionado de la habitación asignada no funcionaba, nos fue asignada otra casi a la media noche, no tenía caja de seguridad, muy bajo standard en general para operar como un Holiday Inn Express.

Cons:

durante mi estancia recibí una llamada de extorción a mi celular, los que llamaron tenían no solo mi numero de celular, si no también mi nombre completo con apellidos y sabían la hora en que me había registrado lo cual me hace pensar que o su app tiene fallas de seguridad o su personal no es confiable.
