Great little find
Pros:

The breakfast was superb.
Friendly staff
location was good
we had a good size room with windows outside

Cons:

the noise outside and the windows being wooden means they do not really buff out the noise.

Local muito lindo e espaçoso, apesar de terem realocado para o quarto errado de início, assim que falamos nos realocaram para o correto. Me senti em um prédio da realeza.

Cons:

Único ponto é que foi uma pernoite e reserva do almoço do meu casamento civil. E infelizmente como restaurante ficou a desejar na organização dos pratos, de servir que houve demora e muitas trocas. Fiquei um frustada ao ver convidados esperando mais de 1 hora para receber a comida depois que metade já tinha recebido. Nesse ponto eu realmente fiquei frustrada, sem falar que teve desencontro de informação e tive mudar todos os pratos com os convidados

Pros:

The central location was perfect and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptional and really went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, and very kindly kept our luggage while we went to Amazon. We appreciated their kind consideration.

Pros:

O quarto é maravilhoso, bem decorado, a cama enorme,super confortável, dormi muito bem! O hotel é um charme à parte. Fica a poucos metros do Teatro Amazonas. Todos os funcionários são extremamente gentis. Gostaria de fazer um elogio à Raquel e ao Raimundo, que me fizeram me sentir especial.
O café da manhã é divino, e tem servem almoço com preço justo.

Cons:

Gostei de tudo, só achei que a iluminação do banheiro poderia ser um pouco melhor.

Un hôtel charmant et luxueux. Très bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

Jamais de tout mon séjour au Brésil j’ai eu des lits aussi grand et confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Il y a un côté palace de luxe. Très très bien situé à deux pas du théâtre et d’une place animée. Très bon petit déjeuner. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Cons:

Il y’a des chambres où les fenêtres donnent sur des murs.
