We had an absolutely wonderful time here. The location couldn't be better since it’s right next to Ciputra Mall, making it super easy to grab a bite at some great restaurants. The room itself was gorgeous—super comfy bed, and a huge bathroom with a tub that looks right out over Surabaya. Even though it's so central, the room was incredibly quiet. Breakfast was a total highlight with a massive spread of fresh Indonesian and Western food. Huge shoutout to the whole team, but a very special thanks to Siwi at the front desk for being so welcoming and getting us settled into the perfect room!

Traveling with family means cleanliness is a top priority, and this hotel completely nailed it. Both the bedroom and bathroom were absolutely spotless and smelled amazing when we walked in. The kids appreciated the strong Wi-Fi, and we loved that the AC kept the room perfectly cool after a hot day out. It's in a great spot—easy to get to but quiet enough for everyone to get a good night's rest. You really get way more than what you pay for here. We want to give a special mention to Siwi at the reception, who went above and beyond to make sure our family was well taken care of from the minute we arrived.

I booked this hotel for a quick solo trip, and it was exactly what I needed. Being attached to the mall meant I never had to go far for shopping or dinner, but my smart room was so comfortable I barely wanted to leave. Everything from the mood lighting to the curtains is voice-controlled! The room was incredibly peaceful with a stunning view of the city, and the breakfast buffet had tons of fresh local and Western choices. A very special thank you to Siwi, whose warm hospitality and excellent room placement truly made my trip. Highly recommend!

Stayed in a Grand Deluxe room overlooking to the city. Located next to Ciputra World Mall. Its room is fairly large & very clean. The king size bed were quite comfortable. Free in room WIFI connection was good. Swimming pool & jacuzzi on the 22nd floor has a stunning view. The hotel staff were attentive, delightful & friendly. Overall it has a good value for money.

Affordable high end hotel with an attached mall, easy to get food and groceries. Getting anywhere is ok with gojek or taxi. Huge, comfy, clean rooms.
