Hotel Ciputra World Surabaya managed by Swiss-Belhotel International

Stayed in a Grand Deluxe room overlooking to the city. Located next to Ciputra World Mall. Its room is fairly large & very clean. The king size bed were quite comfortable. Free in room WIFI connection was good. Swimming pool & jacuzzi on the 22nd floor has a stunning view. The hotel staff were attentive, delightful & friendly. Overall it has a good value for money.

Affordable high end hotel with an attached mall, easy to get food and groceries. Getting anywhere is ok with gojek or taxi. Huge, comfy, clean rooms.

The food is nice, seasoning is enough for me, the staff were friendly, especially Miss. Early and Mr. Bram who assisted me.

Located at the ciputra world cbd, the hotel next to ciputra world mall and ciputra office tower and 5 minutes driving toll road that connect to trans java toll road which make this hotel suitable for you that come for business trip or short stay or maybe just transit during your roadtrip.

Checked in was easy and fast, staffs also very friendly, Room was very spacious, clean and tidy, but lighting was dimmed which is not everybody comfortable with it. However for five stars hotel they only provided us with unbranded tea and coffee, and toiletries also not complete (no comb and shaving tools). Breakfast was delicious but for five stars hotel, the variety of the food consider limited, and the staffs in the kitchen need to be quicker in refilling the food.

Additional information : The car park joint with the mall (no dedicated car park for hotel guest), so if you come to the hotel at the busy mall time, it’s difficult to find a parking spot. However they provide vallet parking for IDR 60.000.

I've stayed at a few hotels in Surabaya before, but Hotel Ciputra genuinely stood out. From the moment I walked in, there was something about the atmosphere that felt calm, polished, and welcoming. I met and was assisted by Alicia at the front desk. She greeted me with a warm smile and was incredibly attentive throughout the whole check-in process. She answered all my questions patiently and made sure everything was sorted before I headed up to my room. Small thing, but it really set the mood for the rest of the stay.

My room was amazing. The interior had this classy yet comfortable feel not the kind of fancy that makes you afraid to touch anything, but the kind that actually makes you want to stay in and enjoy the space. And the view from my window? I spent a good few minutes just standing there looking out over the city. Surabaya looks surprisingly beautiful from up there, especially at night when the lights start coming on.

The location also worked perfectly for what I needed. Everything felt accessible, and I never had to travel too far to get anywhere in the city. If you're planning a trip to Surabaya and still figuring out where to stay, just book Hotel Ciputra. I don't think you'll regret it.

This visit was for a birthday staycation, and it turned out to be really special.

We received such thoughtful touches, like a birthday cake, and even a lovely surprise at the restaurant. Everything was beautifully arranged by the restaurant team. The restaurant offers a wide variety of food, which we really enjoyed.

Our room was so spacious and the Front Office team, especially Ms Amanda, arranged a nice room for us, which made the stay even more comfortable.

Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.
