Amazing yet affordable stay
Pros:

Location was perfect, walking distance to Nimman street with numerous F&D and shopping options.
Service of the staff was also amazing - very timely, hospitable, friendly and helpful. Very fuss-free.
Room was very comfortable and of good size, and not to mention very affordable. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel!

Cons:

Balcony door is not very sound-proof so the traffic and music from the bar downstairs can be heard at night, but not too loud till it disrupted my sleep.

Auf unserer privaten Thai-Tour waren wir zu sechst für 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel und wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.
Neben einem Parkservice wurde auch unser Gepäck vom Auto direkt ins Zimmer gebracht.

Die Zimmer haben eine komfortable Grösse mit grossem Bett, guter Klimanlage und trotz Lage an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung, sehr ruhig.
Das Bad ist mit Dusche, Badewanne und als highlight ein Dusch-WC ausgestattet. Neben Kühlschrank, Safe, Bademantel, Badeschuhe, Föhn, verschiedenen Getänken und Tees usw. ist alles vorhanden.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat alles was es braucht um gut in den Tag zu starten, auch für Europäer. Auch hier wird man herzlich empfangen und an den.Tisch geführt. Speziell zu erwähnen gibt es hier die nach Wunsch frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen wie auch asiatische Gerichte.

Der Poolbereich mit Bar und Sauna und liegt im 2ten Stock und ist gegen aussen offen so dass man gut das Geschehen um das Hotel herum beobachten kann. Das Wasser ist sehr erdrischend, was bei Aussentemperaturen von bis zu 38 Grad sehr angenehm ist. Auch ein Fitnessraum ist vorhanden.

Alles in allem war dieses Hotel eine sehr gute Wahl welches wir auf jedenfall wieder bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Chiang Mai berücksichtigen werden. Dann ein.paar Tage länger.

Ein grosses Dankeschön an das Team... Ihr macht einen guten Job🙏

Très bon hotel!
Pros:

Établissement exceptionnel, le personnel est très attentionné. L’hotel est propre et très bien situé.
Petit déjeuner complet, les chambres sont bien insonorisé mise a par le passage des avions. Je le recommande grandement.

Cons:

Il mériterai une légère rénovation mais rien de dérangeant en soit. Peut être de fenêtres un peu plus insonorisées, il se trouve sur le couloir aérien de l’aéroport, on entend distinctement les décollages d’avion.

Great Stay
Pros:

Rooms - Stayed in 1 bedroom suite with oversized balcony with great view of the city — absolutely loved the layout of suite — equipped with washer/dryer, toothbrush kits, shower gel/shampoo — room was older but very clean and well maintained, ac worked well.

Service - 5 star customer service — staff very attentive, always greeted with smile, went out of their way to help. Had minor issue with room key, staff member stopped what she was doing to address issue right away.

Facilities/food - the breakfast buffet was very good with many options — lunch also very good at great price. Love the pool area and gym — facility is well maintained.

Location - 10/10 location — hotel located across from mall and a few steps away from the night markets, street food, and massage services and much more.

Summary: The Eastin Hotel is the only place I will stay when visiting Chiang Mai. Was told that some people complain about the noise but this wasn’t my experience — room well insulated

Stay experience
Pros:

Location is good. It is close to Maya Shopping mall where one could get their necessities. The location is surrounded by nice cafe and massage parlors within walking distance.
The night market on Friday is worth going for nice street food.
For service by Eastin, room to improve. It's more suitable for business stay as is near to airport and all their amenities (gym and pool) are small scale.

Would stay again and highly recommend
Pros:

The location was perfect, opposite the mall and in the centre of Niman. I loved it. There was a great energy there with pop up markets and nice bars nearby. The room was a great size and so clean. I loved the sauna and steam room. I went in the evening and it was so quiet and just me. There is a mixed steam room and also only woman’s one. Breakfast was varied and tasty. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The pool water was very cold and under shade.
