A warm welcome and a memorable anniversary
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at Eastin Tan. The hotel has a great design, and the way the team welcomed us when we arrived was wonderful. A special thank-you to Earth, who helped arrange everything and made sure we had the right rooms. The team also left us a small gesture for our anniversary, which we really appreciated.

Exceptional location
Pros:

Lovely staff.Clean hotel and facilities.Location couldn't be better.Plenty of massage,dining and shopping options.Super convenient.Opposite Maya Mall.Breakfast options were really impressive.Loved the fresh salad and fruits.Huge variety of breakfast smoothies with and without dairy.

Good Breakfast, Better View, Best Location.
Pros:

Location !!! it's so convenient that i can go shopping just a walk across the street and local shops everywhere !!!. it's at the heart of all tourist attractions. easy to mobilize just anywhere. The view from Doi Suthep in the morning with a touch of hazy mist at the top was stunning !!!!

Breakfast Buffet was all you can ask for !!! amazing.

Cons:

I think it only happened to my room. The air-con setting over 24C degree was making the room very humid. it made the floor and room feeling wet. I told the hotel on the check out date (been staying for 3 nights) Hope they find the cause and fix it.

The best hotel in Chiang Mai
Pros:

I had a minor issue with my nails(my nail peeled back deep) and was trying to figure it out in the first-floor restroom. Suddenly, the hotel manager offered to help me and provided first aid, even though it wasn't her job. I really appreciate her help and kindness, as well as the rest of the staff at this hotel. Everyone is so kind, and I also loved the breakfast here. It was my third time staying at this hotel (annual business trip) and I will choose this next year for sure.

Location good, but loud noise-- difficult to rest. The room has too many angles and steps-- which is dangerpus.

Cons:

Stay on 4F near the road, the noise was loud. Heard even the traffic light for pedestrain. At night, loud music came in the room til almost 1. The room layout in my room was bad. The bedroom hidden behind the bathroom, no view. If u want view from bedroom, you have to look through toilet. The sliding door to toilet is bad with step which might hurt you at night. And the toilet floor has steps which is not good. The room has a musty odor.
