Quality 4 star hotel in a great location.
Pros:

Location (central to bars, restaurants and shopping mall), cleanliness, staff .
Nice comfortable room, great hot shower, balcony with mountain aspect

Cons:

Nothing really.
One possible thing that may bother some people (not us heavy sleepers) would be aircraft noise as it is in the take-off zone, flights start at 5:45 AM

Exceptional Hospitality That Turned an Unexpected Challenge into a Memorable Stay
Pros:

I had another wonderful stay at Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai. Once again, Ms. Apple, the Front Office Manager, provided outstanding assistance with my reservations, airport transfer, and room arrangements after my flight schedule changed. Her communication was always prompt, thoughtful, and professional.

During my stay, I unexpectedly encountered an issue with what appeared to be rove beetles in my room. Although this was unfortunate, I was genuinely impressed by how seriously the hotel handled the situation. Ms. Apple personally apologized, arranged a room change, coordinated a deep cleaning service, and continued following up to ensure that I was comfortable for the rest of my stay.

I would also like to thank the Front Office and Housekeeping teams for their kindness, efficiency, and dedication. Their professionalism and genuine care turned an unexpected problem into a positive experience.

What I will remember most is not the issue itself, but how sincerely everyone worked to resolve it. That level of genuine hospitality is exactly why I look forward to returning to Eastin Tan Hotel Chiang Mai in the future. Thank you!

Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Hotel mit super Service, Personal und Ausstattung, schömes Hotelblick, schöner Balkon, sehr schöner und großer Pool, tolles abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, sehr angenehme Massagen, tolle Lage in Nimman, man ist zu Fuß bei den besten Restaurants und Läden unterwegs, immer wieder gern
