Sowohl Turin als auch das Hotel NH Collection sind mehr als eine Reise wert!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine grossartige Auswahl an Allem, was man sich zu einem wunderbaren Frühstück wünscht.
Die Einzelzimmer sind geräumig und sehr sauber.
Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar, sogar für mich, 85 Jahre alt. Taxis sind günstig.

Cons:

In meinem Alter esse ich gerne abends im Hotel, besonders in Ländern, wo später gegessen wird. Da hätte ich eine etwas grössere Auswahl an Menüs geschätzt. Das gilt nur für mich persönlich.

OK and very convenient but expensive for what you got - wouldn't stay again
Pros:

Location was excellent. Some staff were very helpful. We had a good and relatively inexpensive meal shortly before going to the airport. The breakfast was excellent and the inner courtyard was pleasant. Room was very large.

Cons:

Some staff were unhelpful. No iron in the room and none available when I requested it - one had to be escorted to an ironing room! so called terrace on 4th floor seemed under restoration. Pillows were uncomfortable. Everything seemed to be the minimum possible. Disappointed for the price.

Dommage que l’hôtel n’est pas fait un geste à cause des désagréments des nuits très bruyantes

Un Hotel di livello con qualche trascurabile pecca
Pros:

La posizione è strategica e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Lo staff è stato molto gentile e attento. La colazione è molto varia e di buona qualità, eccetto la caffetteria calda erogata da una sola macchina self service. La struttura dell’hotel è molto bella e anche gli interni, qualcuno potrebbe trovargli un po’ spogli ma personalmente meglio meno che troppo. Molto bello e vivibile il cortile interno adibito a ristorante, bar e sala colazione.

Cons:

Le luci nelle stanze sono insufficienti! In alcune zone non vedi nemmeno cosa c’è in valigia. I comodini ai lati del letto, uno sufficientemente ampio, l’altro minuscolo e le prese per ricaricare i device sono in basso e solo una. Proprio sopra il letto c’è il sensore antincendio che lampeggia sempre e questo a qualcuno un pochino sensibile potrebbe dare fastidio. Alcune stanze, anche di categoria un pochino più elevata della standard, non hanno il bidet! Solo un brick da circa mezzo litro di acqua naturale per stanza offerto… oramai anche nei 3 stelle si trovano bottigliette di acqua omaggio, almeno in numero pari alla capienza della stanza… inspiegabile in un hotel di questo livello. Non è ottimamente insonorizzato ma, personalmente, non è stato un problema. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare per ben tre volte la stanza per un problema con la prenotazione. Non il massimo…. All’inizio, probabilmente per mancanza di esperienza della persona che ci ha seguito (anche se vi è da dire che la gentilezza non è mai mancata), sembrava che avremmo dovuto rassegnarci alla situazione e pagare anche un maggior prezzo, poi in realtà la situazione si è accomodata e il General Manager ci ha anche scritto un biglietto porgendoci le scuse dovute. Questo ha fatto la differenza e fa sì che l’hotel possa essere preso in considerazione per il futuro. La serietà e correttezza pagano sempre. Bravi!

Très bon séjour
Pros:

Excellent hôtel. Petit déjeuner excellent dans une cour avec beaucoup de charme. Personnel accueillant. Chambres spacieuses et propres. Salle de sport très bien équipée. Je recommande.
