Great place to stay.
Pros:

The staff is wonderful. They had my rollaway bed in the room waiting on us. Everyone is so pleasant I had booking issue they told what I needed to do to resolve it and it was taken care in less than an hour. Thank you so very much for making our stay in Pen.so very enjoyable.

Affordable and comfortable stay
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable. Great location close to everything, food, shops and the park. Very clean.

Cons:

No smart tv. Everyone needs a smart tv to be able to stream movies any night.

Comfortable with basic things I needed and very close to the places I needed to be. Staff was very helpful as well.
Pros:

Decent hotel with basic stuff you’ll need in a short stay. It’s proximity to the place I needed to go and the hotel pricing made me choose this hotel.

Cons:

No bottled water provided in the room but then I got it, it is not included in the price.

It provided a place for us to drop our bags and lay our heads for a few hours.

The lobby smelled very musty as soon as we walked in and looked a bit outdated. The floor in our room should have been moped. I could see stains on the floor. It was overpriced.
