First of all, the staff service was excellent, including housekeeping, front desk, and kitchen staff. Everyone was very kind and professional.

However, my experience with billing was terrible. I booked a King bed room for 2 people for 4 nights, from May 21, 2026 to May 25, 2026. Over the phone, I was told that the total would be only $897.58 and that I would pay it at checkout. I was also told that during check-in they would only charge me $20 temporarily, which would later be refunded at checkout when the final payment of $897.58 was processed.

This was completely false. At check-in, they charged me $977.58, which included the $897.58 plus an additional $80 ($20 per day). Then, on the day of checkout, they charged my card again without my permission. I never authorized them to store or reuse my card information. The card was only used to tap at the register during check-in for the $80 charge.

When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they told me the system was undergoing changes and asked me to wait until Wednesday, May 27, 2026, to email the company so they could refund my $160. Today is Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and I still have not received my money back.

Before going to the front desk, I also tried calling multiple times, but the calls kept disconnecting because of the same “system changes.”

Very disappointing experience regarding billing and customer service handling. I do not recommend this hotel.

Was fun to be in this part of the city for a change. Quieter on the weekend.

We had an awesome stay - a few minutes from our concert venue, lots of stores/restaurants, beautiful, lively area - well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was fresh with plenty of options. Rooms are on the smaller size, but it didn't bother us for an overnight. Would definitely recommend!

Pierwsze „zderzenie” z hotelem nie zachwyciło mnie, ale po całym pobycie mogę śmiało powiedzieć, że to naprawdę bardzo dobry wybór!

Obsługa super — wszyscy na recepcji byli uśmiechnięci, pomocni i bardzo mili. Pokój sprzątany codziennie. Mieliśmy pokój z dwoma podwójnymi łóżkami i było naprawdę dużo miejsca. Duża łazienka z przestronnym prysznicem, a ciepła woda była dostępna o każdej porze dnia i nocy.

Śniadania jak na NYC całkiem OK. Nie napiszę nic odkrywczego, ale każdy coś znajdzie dla siebie — świeże gofry, jogurty, płatki, musli, owsianka, bajgle z serkiem śmietankowym oraz owoce typu jabłka, pomarańcze czy banany. Warzyw brak, ale to raczej standard w Nowym Jorku.

Największy plus to lokalizacja — PETARDA! Blisko do Mostu Brooklyńskiego i Manhattan Bridge, zaraz obok przystań Pier 11, metro i świetne połączenie z resztą miasta. Naprawdę super baza wypadowa do zwiedzania NYC.

Está ubicado en la zona financiera de Manhattan, lo que facilitó recorrer la ciudad, tiene varias estaciones de subte a 4 o 5 cuadras, las habitaciones son un poco pequeñas pero suficientes para llegar a descansar, la cama es cómoda, el desayuno es muy bueno, variado y abundante, el personal fué amable, está cerca para tomar el ferry que te lleva a la estatua de la libertad.
Al regresar a la noche, puedes servirte café que está en el salón donde se desayuna, cuando se regresa con frío después de un día largo es algo que se agradece, así como también dispenser de agua.
