Pros:

Mooie, grote kamer. Upgrade gekregen van business kamer naar suite. Luxueus gevoel.
Grote badkamer.
Goede liggingtov centrum en toch stil.
Heel goed ontbijt.
Mooie ontbijtzaal.
We konden onze fietsen veilig in de garage zetten.

Cons:

Geen airco. Nochtans stond dit bij booking.com wel vermeld. Er was enkel een ventilator.
Het bed was erg groot met fijne lakens, maar te hard voor ons.
De hotelparking was vol en er werd een openbare parking aangeraden. Deze heeft ons echter 25€ gekost voor 1 nacht. De openbare parking om de hoek kost maar 13€. Deze werd echter afgeraden. Ik weet niet waarom.

Clean, friendly and convenient.
Pros:

The situation between the railway station and old city was most convenient.
The bed was comfortable, though could have been wider, the shower was good and the room was very quiet, looking down on a space behind a parking house. The temperature was just cool enough, but I appreciate the hotel’s ecological principles, in not overcooling . The staff were efficient and helpful for the most part, though I felt that the hotel was understaffed. The breakfast was also good with something for everyone’s tastes.

Cons:

I didn’t feel the hotel met **** standard. Being a business double room, it was on the small side for two and we had to utilise desk and both bedside tables for our cases. What was upsetting was the waterproof protective sheet just below the bedsheet. It rustled and you slid around and sweated. Not even a flannel sheet in between. Ugh! I removed it in the second night. On checking in, I asked at reception if our cases had arrived. The receptionist didn’t bother to check, saying they hadn’t arrived, but shortly afterwards were told by a young man that they were on a trolley nearby. We wanted a drink at the bar on our last evening, but the young lad at reception had to double as barman. He was helpful and polite, but clearly out of his depth. Staff problems?

Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und reichlich. Wurst und Käse waren frisch. Die Tische waren sauber. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen.

Cons:

Aufgrund einer größeren Gruppe hätten wir beim Abendessen nur am Buffet teilnehmen können. Glücklicherweise gibt es genügend Gastronomie in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Comfortabel hotel
Pros:

De badkamer was heerlijk en ook het bed.
Ontbijt was perfect
Garage onder het hotel en niet duur

Cons:

Er was geen airco en het was bloedheet

De ontvangst was vreselijk, de receptioniste die ons ontving moeten ze echt ontslaan, het overige receptie personeel was vriendelijk.
Die ons ontving was heel kortaf en rafelde haar verhaal af, keek ons niet aan en had er duidelijk absoluut geen zin in, heel jammer.

Ook konden we er 's avonds niet eten, want er was een groep en die kreeg buffet.

Cons:

Es geht in die Richtung sich alles selbst zu machen..Check in/out ..obwohl es Personal gibt. Dieses kommt aber erst, wenn man klingelt...Persönliches Service sieht anders aus..
