Toujours un plaisir de séjourner dans cet hôtel.
Pros:

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel, où nous avions déjà eu le plaisir de séjourner. Malgré les travaux de rénovation en cours dans le hall d'entrée, notre expérience a été très positive.

L'accueil est tout simplement remarquable : l'ensemble de l'équipe est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriante et disponible.

La chambre est spacieuse et très confortable, avec un agréable petit salon et un grand bureau, idéal pour travailler dans de bonnes conditions. La salle de bain est moderne et la douche, particulièrement vaste, est très appréciable.

La restauration est également un véritable point fort. Que ce soit au petit-déjeuner ou au dîner, le buffet est varié, généreux et de grande qualité. Chacun y trouvera facilement son bonheur.

Enfin, l'hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement, à seulement quelques minutes à pied du Sarit Centre, dans le quartier de Westlands, tout en offrant une atmosphère calme, comme s'il était à l'écart de l'agitation.

Cons:

Le seul point négatif concerne des nuisances sonores liées aux travaux, qui se sont poursuivis tard dans la soirée. Après en avoir informé la réception, notre remarque a été prise en compte avec beaucoup de réactivité et nous n'avons plus été dérangés par la suite. Nous avons apprécié cette écoute et la rapidité avec laquelle la situation a été résolue.

Adequate and clean 3-Star hotel in a decent location nicely back from the main busy road.
Pros:

Nice breakfast with a wide array of cold & hot choices.
Room was nice with comfortable bed, large windows, decent lay-out looking south over a road.
Staff are wonderfully friendly and helpful.
Pool looks nice but was too cold to try out.

Cons:

Exterior windows were very dirty. A couple lights didn't work. Several spots of the room needed repair/paint. It was "tired".
One elevator was out of service from day 2-5. One evening, both did not work and guests had to use the stairs (up to 11 floors) to get to rooms and bring up/down baggage.
The pool closes at 18:00 and the gym at 20:00, which is early if you are out all day. They only open at 08:00. They should open the gym at 05:30 and the pool at 06:00. Both should close at 22:00. The reason is that travellers may not feel comfortable getting exercise on public streets and may like to get a workout before or after their day.
There was a smell of 'sewer' coming from the bathroom - even after adding water to the drain trap. Really horrible as of second day - only slightly better if AC turned up so room was very cold.
After day 1, the next 4 days the shower water was only lukewarm. A friend said his room six floors below was super hot only.
Both these last two points were reported to the front desk and hopefully they have figured it out and fixed them.

Adequate but not the best value for money - Not a 5 or 4 star hotel according to my experience!
Pros:

The room was clean, the smart TV worked well and offered a good selection of channels, including coverage of the World Cup matches. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, soups, salads, pastries, coffee and tea.

Cons:

I booked and paid for a 433 sq. ft. Superior King Room with a city view, but room 906 was considerably smaller (about 300 sq. ft) and had virtually no view; after complaining, I was moved to room 404, which had a city view but appeared even smaller (about 250 sq.ft). The shower temperature control was extremely poor, leaving the water dangerously hot, while frequent elevator breakdowns and loud renovation noise caused further inconvenience. Considering the price and advertised five-star standard, the overall experience felt closer to a 2.5-star hotel, and I would choose a reliable international hotel chain next time that are priced similarly but are far superior.

Very disappointed
Pros:

The staff in general they are good.

Cons:

The management didn’t bother to alert the guest about the construction that is taking place. They failed even to apologise when I complained.
Breaking concrete slabs and drilling from early hours on weekend to me I felt like they were doing purposely. I was due to stay longer but after my four days booking I had no option but to move to another hotel🤷🏽😱
