television automatically close and The light one by one switch off automatically after that the room suddenly all black. we check the power and switch on all the lights make sure no problem and go to sleep. when we are switch off the light after few minutes all lights switch on again at mid night, so scared

Bel hôtel moderne bien situé
Pros:

Très bon séjour au JEN Singapore Orchardgateway. La chambre était spacieuse, moderne et très agréable, avec de grandes baies vitrées. Mon seul regret concerne la demande d’un étage élevé que j’avais faite avant notre arrivée. L’hôtel m’avait répondu, mais à la réception, personne n’y a fait référence, même simplement pour nous dire que cela n’avait pas été possible. J’ai trouvé ça un peu dommage.
L’emplacement est un vrai point fort, juste à côté d’un centre commercial. Nous avons adoré les glaces de Yo-Chi, ainsi que les shawarmas de WEWA, qui étaient excellents. Pour visiter la ville, nous avons utilisé Grab et, pour une famille de cinq, c’était la solution la plus pratique et la plus économique.
La piscine sur le toit est vraiment très agréable, propre et bien entretenue. Nous avons toujours trouvé facilement des transats. Seul petit regret : elle ferme à 22 h. Une fermeture à 23 h, voire minuit, permettrait d’en profiter davantage après une journée de visite.
Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. Nous avons toujours été installés rapidement malgré l’affluence. Seuls les jus industriels et le bruit aux heures de pointe sont un petit bémol.
Au final, c’est un hôtel que nous recommandons sans hésiter et où nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Wir haben drei Nächte im Hotel verbracht. Die Lage ist super, direkt die MRT im unteren Bereich. Die Aussicht vom Pool ist toll! Die Zimmer haben eine gute Ausstattung, alles was man benötigt. Wir würden wieder kommen!

מלון מפואר שוכן באזור קניות ממש יפה. ישנם שם 2 מרכזי קניות מהמובילים בסינגפור.
מהבריכה שבקומה 19 ניתן לראות נוף מטורף של כל סינגפור כולל הבניין המפואר במרינה ביי.
ארוחת בוקר מצוינת ועובדים שרותיים מאוד.
הלובי של המלון והקבלה נמצאים בקומה 10.
מתחתיו ישנו מרכז קניות ומרכז אוכל מעולה. שווה ביותר . מומלץ
