Pros:

location was excellent

Cons:

1) As I checked in I was told there would be no hot water, electricity, internet, a/c or lighting in my room from 11pm - 4am. This was due to maintenance of the property. 2) The W.C was not clean with visible dirt on the cistern.

Pros:

Location on Orchard road is great

Cons:

Bit run down and tired, a mission to get there up two very slow lifts and the breakfast was terrible . Felt like a cheap cafeteria. Would expect more from this brand

Perfect place to stay in Singapore
Pros:

Amazing staff, so helpful & caring especially with my husband having a disability. Staff came with a wheelchair on arrival. Room very spacious & spotless with an adapted, accessible bathroom. Nothing was too much trouble. Pool was a welcome relief after a day out sightseeing with Michael, a wonderful lifeguard. So easy to find your way around with Somerset MRT station below the hotel! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing at all. It was perfect!

overall my stay was very pleasant.
Pros:

the location was very good. The breakfast was good. The food in the restaurant was very nice

Cons:

the property is a bit tired and in need of renovation. The bath tub is very high to climb over. a walk in shower would be much better.

MRT Bahn im Haus Dachpool mit super Aussicht.

Teppiche im Zimmer, und wenn man nach 23:00 Uhr von der MRT zum Hotelzimmer schlecht beschildert, waren viele Gäste die nicht wussten wohin...
