Good value for graduation weekend where prices were substantially raised in Eugene.
Pros:

It is clean and well cared for. The folks were nice and friendly.

Cons:

The mattress was a bit hard for my taste.

Not the best.
Cons:

Areas to improve- the room was dirty, shower towels old and dirty. The room had a dust/dirty smell. The mattress was squeaky and could feel the coils of the mattress.
Ended up buying shower towels/ pillows cases and soap to have a decent night.

The beds were on the firm side..The refrigerator made a loud noise during the night and had to unplug it.

Pros:

The room smelled a little stale and a little like a smoker had stayed there before us. The window to the outside was unlocked when we entered the room. But we slept well, the shower had great pressure, the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

Convenience to family. Staff we did see was nice. Saw them at check-in & out.

Cons:

Air conditioner smelled horribly of mildew.
We stayed 3 nites. Tried to book by phone, they told us they were booked - so we booked on-line. There were 3 cars max, in the parking lot, the entire time.
