Important information:

Debit and credit cards will be pre-authorized at check-in for the amount of your stay, plus an amount of GBP 100 per room per night to cover incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out, at which time the amount actually incurred during the stay will be charged. Pre-authorized amounts may take up to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution and the hotel will not be responsible for any resulting fees or charges. Children can be accommodated in rooms subject to bedding. Pets are allowed but only in certain room categories and with the below conditions: - Animal must weigh 20lbs / 9.1kg or less. - GBP 100 nonrefundable deposit will be collected upon arrival. - Contract/Waiver must be signed upon arrival. - Pets are not allowed in the bars or restaurants. - Pets may not be unattended in guest rooms. You may smoke on the terrace of the 12th Knot bar from the opening time of the venue until 10.00 p.m. Smoking is also permitted on the river walk alongside the hotel, and cigarette posts are available for guests’ use. From July 2023 a discretionary 5% accommodations service charge will be added to your bill on check-out. This is distributed among our staff.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Fun and comfortable.
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were responsive to my messages. The decor was modern and stylish and colorful. I love the purple chairs in the lobby and the neon light in the corner of our room gave a little pop of color. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was huge! It has the vibe of a night club, it's very lively. Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The location is nice for walking around, shopping, and The Globe, The London Eye, all with in a half hour stroll.

Cons:

The view was meh. even though at check in the man said he gave us an upgrade, the view certainly wasn't upgraded. All we saw was a courtyard, but we were only there for 1 night.

Great location on the river
Pros:
