Was a good time
Pros:

First time staying there. Location to fells point was convenient.

Pool was a lot smaller than what the pictures made it be.

Pros:

Staff was friendly

Cons:

Not enough pillows/blankets/towels for 3 guests upon arrival. Shower floor was worn and dirty. Glass door to bathroom offers little privacy. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Pros:

I liked the breakfast, had a good variety . It had a pool and free late check out . The rooms was clean.

Cons:

Felt like a clean jail with that price I shouldn't have to go to the desk to check in for the pool and had to make sure the key was returned after. Breakfast was good but quick just their pool hours pool( breakfast 6-9 . No microwave. My deposit took entirely to long to return . They don't take cash.

The location was good

Cons:

Additional hidden charges that were added after check-in. Our room was paid and full in advance. When we arrived after the 4 pm check in time our room was not ready. And then when we checked out a day early and requested a refund for the unused day. A manager by the name of Mr. Lawrence told us that we would not be receiving a refund because it was non-refundable at no point did he provide a policy that stated the unused day would be non refundable? Even when I asked to be shown, the policy where it stated that unused day would be non refundable.

The stay was 4/10. I will never choose another hotel in the downtown area at all.
Pros:

The breakfast was good as the offered many options. The location as it relates to convenient walking distance was a plus. Driving downtown is horrible. If your not careful and accident can happen fast. The downtown area is congested and the roads are very narrow.

Cons:

Parking at this hotel is horrible, but due to the heavy traffic downtown and no service from valet assistant. While booking, I assumed parking was not going to be difficult. I attempted Valet parking, but the parking assistant told me to move my vehicle and park in the garage behind the building, on the next street over. Although this option was cheaper, I was very frustrated with the process. The checking process was the best. The custimersercice at the hotel can improve.
