Stafff was nice hotel could use some work.
Pros:

I not only liked but absolutely loved the location of the hotel. So, close to little Italy, while still close to the water and Whole Foods, and many great restaurants. The staff was very nice and me and my wife had an awesome time.

Cons:

I had a few things I did not enjoy with the hotel, I first off was told that they complimentary upgraded my room, when not only was I in the room I booked and paid for, it also was not on the top floor like I paid extra for. The other thing that was a major problem the first day we stayed there is we had no A/C in the room. The other thing that was a common problem as I viewed a few other rooms on my way to the elevator that the room door did not actually fully close when you let the door go. You had to rekey in with your room card and pull the handle down and pull shut. When my wife and I came home the room door was fully unlocked and unlatched. The other problem that occurred during my visit is that you had so many individuals sitting on your benches outside your entrance smoking marijuana, cigarettes, and drinking alcohol in brown paper bags and red solo cups. The whole area smelled like weed and cigarettes. With a $430 bill for 2 nights in a hotel I would never have expected to have any of this happen let alone all these things. It was totally a waste of money. I would have much rather stayed outside of the city and driven in each day.

Everything bad except the location
Pros:

Good location near the inner harbor area.

Cons:

- Breakfast had no scrambled eggs at all and when asked staff said it will come out soon. Even half an hour later there was noe eggs in sight. In general the breakfast is very dissappointing
- The sheets had small holes in them and looked rather old
- Expensive Valet (39USD per night) -> Pro Tip: There is a garage around the corner that cost 5USD per Night
- Front desk: Ordered a Pizza delivery to the hotel. The pizza was delivered to the front desk but they didn't bother to call me nor store the pizza in a safe space it was just placed in the lobby. When I asked them if they received a delivery for me they just pointed to the pizza box in the middle of the lobby, so they knew.

Pros:

Le prix n'est pas du tout en accord avec le standing de l'hotel. La literie est juste correct. La clim très bruyante, le petit déjeuner est servi en semaine de 6h à 9h. Vu notre situation nous sommes arrivés à 9.15 et il n'y avait plus rien alors que les petits déjeunés étaient payés... Je ne recommande pas du tout
