Cons:

Understaffed, long front desk wait times, no service at the bar, left stuff in our room and mysteriously they were unable to find something simple. We followed instructions to submit an online claim thru a vague 3rd party website leftmystuff.com and no follow up from the hotel. Left a voicemail for the operations mgr per the front desk and did not receive a call back. Elevators are extremely. slow.

Great stay in city of Baltimore
Pros:

Very accommodating, easy check in, beautiful fresh room. We had a great stay. The only thing I would improve are the breakfast options.

Great Location
Pros:

Great location with plenty of excellent restaurants within walking distance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travel. I would definitely stay here again.

Loved everything about the hotel. I’m definitely coming back again.
Pros:

Respectful polite the food was great well cooked. The hotel room was clean. They made me feel safe the way they had they secured the door overall it was just a 10.

It was in Ok area down there by the inner harbor like I say they just made me feel safe and the whole thing was clean

very disappointing
Cons:

after traveling for hrs was not able to let the kids use the pool because you had to make reservations for the pool. Did not say this on the site at all. When they did get to use the pool, the water was so cloudy they couldn't see. It was very dirty. I was uncomfortable having them in it.

Was ok but the next time i am in Baltimore, I will be looking for another place to stay
Pros:

Location was good for Inner Harbor. It was a bit too far to walk but a short drive by car. The staff was pleasant adn gave good recommendations about restaurants. The valet service was extremely helpful.

Cons:

When we were there, there was only one working elevator for the whole building. The pool was cloudy and was not able to be fixed while we were there with our 2 grandkids. The breakfast was ok but it was July and instead of fresh strawberries and blueberries they had thawed frozen ones. The stopper in the bathtub was not functioning either. I guess I was expecting more from a Hyatt property.

What a disaster this place was
Pros:

Nothing about this stay went well. I was refunded for the stay and left for another hotel.

Cons:

Arrived to find the hotel packed with people sitting on the floor. The lobby reeked of marijuana. Evidently, the hotel charges $50 additional for early check-in. These people were waiting to check in. We left and ate hoping it would clear out as we had small children and the environment wasn't healthy for them to wait. When we came back, only two families were waiting. The parking is $45 and valet only. There is no other onsite parking despite advertisement. Parking is one block over in an unsecured public garage. The pool is so small, you have to reserve your time, and it is limited to 10 people each hour. The pool slots were already reserved for the day. They failed to mention that both elevators were not working and rooms are only on floors 3-6 as one is the lobby and 2 is the valet parking. I personally have a heart condition and cannot climb that many stairs. I asked to be refunded. With a great deal of attitude, they finally refunded me. There is so much inaccurate with the listing, I would stay anywhere else but here.
