The hotel was clean

Cons:

The unsafe condition of the shower, I fell really hard while showering due to slippery floor, they don’t have any bars where you can even hold yourself. When my husband reported the accident, they did not take any action, the manager was not on site, he never reached out to us to check on me. I spent all my time in Mexico in pain due to the fall.

Excelente muy cómodo.

La habitación, la ubicación cerca a centros comerciales y a un gimnasio de CrossFit lo mejor para mi, el desayuno excelente, servicio del personal excelente.

Cons:

no es q no me gustara pero revisaría colocar una nevera para mantener bebidas frías y agregaría cositas al gimnasio

Das Hotel war sehr gut, und dass Walmart und die Mall in der Nähe waren, das war auch super.

Das Personal hat einen unserer Leute ganz hart ausgeschimpft, weil wir den Stuhl vom Zimmer gebraucht haben, damit unsere Schüler im Vorraum Karten spielen konnten.
