Buen hotel en el centro de Tulum
Pros:

Todo estuvo muy bien. Habitación grande, limpio y cómodo. Personal muy amable.

Cons:

No hemos podido usar el jacuzzi en el balcón, porque era sucio, pero es normal porque realmente llovía casi todos los días.

Tolle Lage, geräumiges Penthouse-Apartment mit Pool, nette Mitarbeiter und schöne Anlage!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben das Penthouse-Apartment gebucht mit Pool und Küche. Das ,,Zimmer‘‘ war sehr groß, tolle Dachterasse und bequemes Bett. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und insgesamt hatte man ein richtig cooles Dschungel-Gefühl in der Anlage. Ein paar Minuten entfernt gibt es einen 7-Eleven und die Hauptstraße mit Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufmöglichkeiten ist ca. 7min entfernt. Für den Strand muss man ein Colectivo/Fahrrad/Taxi nehmen, laufen ist zu weit.

Cons:

Die Liegen auf der Dachterasse waren schon etwas alt und die Küche leider eher schlecht ausgestattet, ein paar Utensilien mehr hätten es auf jeden Fall leichter gemacht. Und vielleicht noch eine kleine Standard-Ausstattung mit Öl, Salz, Pfeffer (für den Preis hätten wir sowas erwartet😊)

Sus zonas verdes

Cons:

La habitación que nos ofrecieron inicialmente olía muy mal, tenía humedad , no tenía vistas y era un segundo sin ascensor.
A la mañana siguiente el encargado de recepción nos hizo un cambio y nos ofreció un apartamento muy mono y con vistas a la piscina

El personal fue muy amable. El espacio esta cuidado y el lugar era muy tranquilo.

Cons:

Las almohadas no eran muy cómodas y la piscina estaba algo sucia aunque seguramente fuese por ser temporada baja.

Una pausa rilassante che consigliamo a tutti
Pros:

Dovevamo soggiornare due notti, ma, una volta arrivati abbiamo chiesto subito di potere rimanere più a lungo. La camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutto il necessario. La vasca privata è stata una bella coccola e ci ha permesso di rinfrescarci anche nelle giornate più calde. Tutto il resto perfetto, il parcheggio per l'auto, la piscina, il personale, la colazione, il ristorante. Non abbiamo sentito il rumore della strada perchè in vacanza usiamo i tappi e non abbiamo inconvenienti.

Struttura moderna e molto accogliente. Persona presente all'ingresso h24. Parcheggio molto comodo e vicino alla via principale di Tulum. Staff molto cordiale

Cons:

La nostra camera era abbastanza polverosa, la doccia non aveva il porta sapone e non si riescono ad aprire le finestre per far cambiare l'aria con il risultato che la stanza sapeva un pò di chiuso.

Great stay in Tulum - short walk into town
Pros:

Great stay in Tulum - 10 minute walk into town. Friendly staff, good restaurant, large and comfortable rooms with good air conditioning. Lovely pool and the surrounding gardens are very nice! Would stay again!

Es un Hotel muy agradable, cómodo y tranquilo, tiene mucha vegetación y lo hace verse muy bien. Sus habitaciones son amplias.

Cons:

Que el restaurante para comer y cenar solo tiene la opción de Sushi, creo que si tuvieran un restaurante de comida internacional estaría bien.
Que dejan usar las instalaciones a personas locales, sin estar hospedadas en el Hotel.

Het bed is aan de korte kant, 180 cm, wel lekker breed. En weinig schaduw op het dakterras van het pent house

La disponibilité du personnel
Situé à 13 minutes à pied de la station ADO

Cons:

Situé en bordure d’une route très passante et extrêmement bruyante : poids lourds, motos, quads, scooters et voitures circulent à vive allure aussi bien de jour que de nuit. Le bruit est très intense ; même avec des boules Quies, j’avais l’impression de dormir au bord d’une autoroute. J’ai demandé à changer de chambre, mais cela n’a pas réellement amélioré la situation.

Même constat pour la piscine, qui était bruyante et sale. En sortant de l’hôtel, il n’y a pas de trottoir : on arrive directement sur cette route dangereuse et mal éclairée.

L’hôtel semble vieillissant. Dans ma salle de bain, il n’y avait pas de fenêtre, seulement une moustiquaire. La porte de la chambre, qui est une baie vitrée, était cassée. Il y a également beaucoup de moustiques, probablement en raison du jacuzzi.

Fabulous
Pros:

This hotel was incredible and one of our favourite stays. The space was insanely spacious and we had everything we could ever need including an oven.
Air-con and fan was a dream and shower was amazing.
The on site restaurant was so good we ate there twice.
The location is good and wifi was great.
The pool was amazing.

Cons:

We had a car and we’re lucky to have a parking space but parking is a bit limited.

Parfait pour le prix !
Pros:

L'emplacement proche de tout.
La piscine est top.
Le jacuzzi dans certaines chambres était super, même si les jets ne fonctionnaient pas.
Le petit parking à disposition devant.

Cons:

L'odeur d'humidité partout dans la chambre.. c'est insupportable.
Et rajouter un sèche cheveux.
