Pros:

It was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The location, staff, cleanliness, room design, and breakfast were all excellent. I would especially like to thank Ms. Niederer for her attentive, caring, and professional attitude toward us. I sincerely appreciate all the staff and the hotel management for their hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great service, breakfast, beds and location
Pros:

Wonderful location, great breakfast, service at breakfast and staff at reception

Cons:

The air-conditioning is controlled for environmental purposes which really doesn't work...room is stuffy and we cant open the windows due to loud traffic ( Berlin has lots of siren from police, ambulance etc...all good but not when you want to rest). Fortunately the reception staff was helpful by giving me a small fan. That works for me.

Prima gelegenes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung, aber bescheidenem Frühstück
Pros:

Sehr gut gelegen, gute Erreichbarkeit. Zimmer gemütlich und großzügig, schönes Bad.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war eher unterklassig. Zum Beispiel gab es Leberwurst aus dem Supermarkt im Schraubglas mit Etikett...Auswahl war auch bescheiden und die Qualität billig. Insgesamt passte das Frühstück nicht zum sonst guten Eindruck.

In Ordnung
Pros:

Direkt an der U-Bahnstation, gute Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter

Cons:

Leider hat die Klimaanlage zu Beginn nicht funktioniert, auch das Waschbecken ist nicht abgeflossen, wurde während dieser zwei Tage, als wir da waren, trotz Mitteilung, nicht behoben. Jalousien waren teilweise defekt.
