Great family staycation!
Pros:

Complete facilities, including a small chapel in the hotel. The breakfast - sumptuous, the pool is warm and didnt smell of chlorine, and the gym is huge with lots of fitness equipment. We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, a plus point for the team as we were welcomed with a nice birthday greeting setup 💕.

Cons:

All good though, there was a small system hiccup with Booking.com - it swapped names during the booking process, so my sister was listed as the main guest instead of me, and my early check-in request was attributed to another sister. I booked all three 2BR Suites and added my sisters name for each room. Hoping the system has the correct details sorted so check-in goes smoothly moving forward :)

It’s not worth the price.
Pros:

The view from the property is stunning and the rooms are very spacious and nice. And the staff are very friendly and welcoming especially Ellie and Anne and all the staff that worked in the restaurant.

Cons:

The big reason I don’t recommend this resort is because it’s in the middle of a forest and had a ridiculous amount of bug. I was literally covered in bug bites. The second thing is that the resort wasn’t worth the amount of money we paid. It’s definitely not a five star hotel the pool was very outdated and needed maintenance and was very dirty. The most frustrating part for me was breakfast. It was not what you find at five star resorts. It had barely any fresh fruit( which is the reason I travel to exotic destinations) I asks for mango and they only had it for one of the four days we were there. When I complained about all these things they did try to make things better like spraying the room for bugs and giving us more options. But I was extremely disappointed for the amount of money we paid I expected a little bit more ( like a clean pool and more local fruit) nothing crazy.

Fantastic Hotel great location
Pros:

Fantastic hotel — beautiful, spacious, perfectly equipped, and incredibly clean room with comfortable beds. An amazing view from the hotel pool. All the hotel staff were incredibly kind, polite, friendly, helpful, and highly professional. That’s a huge plus.

Lovely pool overlooking the city
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. The staff were very attentive. Great pool overlooking the city. Spacious suite with washing machine.

Cons:

We booked for 4 adults in a double suite and it only had 3 beds. I informed them and they wanted to charge us for an extra bed. After 4 phone calls they agreed that I shouldn’t have to pay.
