Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt

Sehr gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, überwiegend freundliches Personal

Cons:

Es wurde nicht erfasst, dass ich Frühstück dazu bezahlt hatte und ich wurde während des Frühstücks zur Zahlung aufgefordert. Nur weil ich die Quittung dabei hatte, musste ich nicht doppelt zahlen, eine Entschuldigung gab es nicht.

Schönes Wochenende in Berlin
Pros:

Die Lage ist zentral und dennoch ruhig. Unser Zimmer fanden wir sauber, geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Auch das Bad hatte eine gute Größe und war gepflegt. Kochfeld, Spüle. Kocher, Kühlschrank, Fon, etc. haben wir nicht gebraucht, aber sind da und waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und der Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls gemütlich. Alles ordentlich, nicht kompliziert, was man braucht ist da.

Cons:

Das Hotel hat eine Tiefgarage, man kann wohl einen Platz reservieren, aber dass wird nicht ausreichend klar kommuniziert bei Booking.com. Besser frühzeitig das Hotel anrufen und klären, aber Achtung, die Rezeption ist am Wochenende nicht besetzt.

Vor allem die Lage und auch die Größe des Zimmers.

Die Küchenmöbel, da kommt man als etwas kleinere Frau ohne eine Leiter gar nicht zu Recht.

Comfortable, value for money hotel in an amazing location.
Pros:

Good location, short walk to Gleisdreieck station. We'll appointed hotel. Room and bathroom were big. Hotel staff was very friendly and were able to fluently converse in English. Room had pantry facility. Staff accommodated extra requests including, giving extra cups, towels, milk, sugar, tea. This is unlike what we experienced in other hotels in other German cities.

Cons:

The only thing really bad was wifi connectivity. It was very spotty and worked about 30 to 40% of the time. Room housekeeping could have been better...

"Flotwell Berlin'de konaklamaktan çok memnun kaldım. Özellikle personelin yardımseverliği ve çözüm odaklı yaklaşımı takdire şayan. Benim için en kritik nokta olan saat 22:00 sonrası giriş süreci, online check-in ve dijital erişim imkanı sayesinde tamamen sorunsuz geçti.
Bunun yanı sıra odalar son derece temiz, ferah ve bakımlıydı. Otelin genelindeki sessiz ve huzurlu atmosfer, günün yorgunluğunu atmak için mükemmel bir ortam sunuyor. Konum olarak da U-Bahn ( Gleisdreieck)
istasyonuna çok yakın olması ulaşımı büyük ölçüde kolaylaştırıyor. Hem konforlu hem de teknoloji dostu bir yer arayanlara gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim."
