One Farrer Hotel

The Olympic size pool at level 6 was fantastic, as well as the gym. We did not use the pool at level 18. We did use the lounge for breakfast, noon snacks and evening cocktails. The food selection was varied but more importantly the staff were excellent. I would like to commend especially Malek as well as Hairie and Toong for their solicitude, friendliness and personalised service. It was a highlight of our stay!

I had read many reviews of the Skyline lounge experience and of a certain manager named Mr Malek. Well that convinced me to try and book the skyline room type. I was not disappointed at all. And when I had the chance of meeting Mr Malek when he welcomed me at the Skyline lounge, I can see why so many guests had written about him. He was excellent and exceptional in service, taking the trouble to know each and every lounge guest. Truly memorable. I had experienced so many hotel lounges in other countries but none could compare with the service shared by Mr Malek. Exceptional!!

Excellent hotel. It has great facilities and is located right at the edge of little India and very accessible by MRT to other parts of Singapore, has nice restaurants and historic places in the vicinity. The staff is super helpful. Our server Chandra in the breakfast room, deserves a special mention for being extra, caring, helpful, and warm.

Great location for city break, staff in breakfast restaurant were great, Rooms very clean and receptive, definitely recommend for walkable to Little India.

Visited Whampoa cafe for peranakan set lunch on 15 Jul 2026. Service staff Ms.Sha is friendly and patience for my request and arranged separately cooked prawn (softer texture) as per my request for my old age mum.

We recently held a function in their Grand Ballroom and utilized the Mint Suite. While not everything was smooth sailing, as would be expected (miscommunication for delivery of goods, queue poles at reception area) the service recovery has always been excellent and the staff always made sure feedback was acknowledged and issues rectified promptly.

No complaints for the venue itself. They were even kind enough to provide complimentary upgrades to some of our family that were staying with us. Very impressed with the professionalism shown and would not hesitate to recommend this location. Thank you very much to the team at One Farrer Hotel for making it a day to remember!

Our family of three stayed at One Farrer Hotel in early July 2026, and from the moment we booked until we checked out, the experience was exceptional.

Before we even arrived, we arranged the hotel’s airport transfer. A special thank you to Concierge Manager Mr. Zaini, who thoughtfully recommended the most suitable vehicle for us. Travelling with my mother, who uses a wheelchair, his attention to our needs was greatly appreciated.

At check-in, we were warmly welcomed by Ms. Suman, Ms. Sri, Mr. Vasan, and Mr. Param. They made the entire process smooth and effortless. We were also incredibly grateful to be accommodated with an early check-in and an unexpected room upgrade. They probably had no idea how much this meant to us—a larger room made a tremendous difference in ensuring my mother’s comfort and mobility throughout our stay.

Although the hotel’s kitchen is not halal-certified, we were pleasantly surprised that they thoughtfully provide Muslim guests with a halal-friendly bento-style breakfast delivered to the room. It was a considerate touch that we truly appreciated.

The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and well maintained. Security is excellent, with key-card access required for guest floors, giving us extra peace of mind. Its location is fantastic, with shops, malls, and plenty of amenities all within easy walking distance.

The housekeeping team also deserves recognition. Our room was always impeccably cleaned, and every member of staff we encountered was consistently kind, attentive, and eager to help. Check-out was equally seamless thanks to Mr. Patrick, who made the process quick and pleasant.

What truly sets One Farrer Hotel apart is its people. Every staff member we met genuinely cared about making our stay comfortable and memorable. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel welcomed from beginning to end.

Thank you to the entire team at One Farrer Hotel for making our family holiday such a wonderful experience. We will definitely return on our next visit to Singapore and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families and guests travelling with elderly family members or wheelchair users.

I stayed here for five days during a business trip. Overall, the room and facilities met my expectations and were up to standard.
5 stars!!!

The only reason I didn’t give the hotel five stars was the breakfast service.

Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name of the Indian lady manager. I don’t mean this personally, but I found her service to be quite unprofessional. She rarely smiled, it was difficult to get her attention, and she often seemed to ignore guests while standing nearby. Perhaps she was tired, overworked, or simply having a bad day, but it did affect the overall breakfast experience.

On the other hand, the short-haired lady manager provided excellent service. She was friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a warm smile. Her professionalism made a noticeable difference and greatly improved our dining experience.

Patrick is a great guy when approached him he was very kind
