We recently stayed at One Farrer Hotel Singapore for 7 nights, and our experience was truly exceptional from start to finish.

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located, but what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality and personal attention we received at the 18th Floor Lounge, especially from Mr. Malek, the Lounge Manager.

Mr. Malek went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. His professionalism, genuine warmth, and attention to detail were outstanding. He made sure that every interaction felt personal rather than simply being another hotel guest experience. His team on the 18th floor was equally courteous, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.

After spending 7 nights at the hotel, we genuinely felt like we were being looked after by people who cared about our experience. Whether it was breakfast, evening refreshments, or simply having a friendly conversation, Mr. Malek and his team consistently made us feel special.

It is rare to come across hospitality where the service feels so sincere, and Mr. Malek is a perfect example of how an exceptional manager can elevate an already great hotel experience.

A special thank you to Mr. Malek and the entire 18th Floor Lounge team for making our Singapore trip even more memorable. Your hospitality will definitely be one of the highlights we remember from our trip.

If you are considering staying at One Farrer Hotel, I would highly recommend it — and if you have access to the 18th Floor Lounge, it is absolutely worth experiencing.

An excellent lunch at Joso on level 18. Nice and quite ambience, excellent view and fabulous service by Malek. He was very attentive and was always smiling. He left us a small note to thank us for our patronage, which was super sweet!

A short thank you to the chef for the delish wagyu and the crew on level 18, and of course a shout out to Malek.

It was my third time patronising Joso in August 2026. I love the restaurant’s atmosphere with aerial view of the city, and the warm and attentive services from the staffs. Mr Malek never fails to make my day with his attentiveness and warmth service. The food is nicely plated and tasty. I have tried most of the lunch bento and they never disappoint. I highly recommend Joso to anyone who enjoys good food, service in a nice quiet environment.

The executive package that comes with a skyline room and the amazing hospitality provided by the senior staff particularly under Malek. He is a true professional.
Housekeeping were very efficient but it took a day for them to realise my room was being used. I was upgraded which was kind and sensible but housekeeping at the weekend did not know.

We had a wonderful stay at One Farrer Hotel Singapore, and a big part of it was thanks to Naren and Param. They were absolutely amazing—so friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed.

Their warm hospitality and genuine care really made a difference and made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Naren and Param, for all your help and for making our stay so memorable. You are both a real asset to the hotel! ❤️

We have now stayed four times at **One Farrer Hotel Singapore **, each time booking a **Skyline Studio with Lounge Access**, and overall we continue to enjoy staying at this hotel very much.

From the moment you arrive, the staff at the check-in desk are always friendly, helpful and welcoming – no matter what time of day or night. Although One Farrer is a large hotel, it never feels impersonal, which is something we really appreciate.

The **Skyline Studios** are spacious, quiet and very well equipped, with beautiful views over the city. The beds are extremely comfortable, and we particularly appreciate the electric blackout blinds. Even during longer stays, the rooms offer plenty of space and are very comfortable.

One of the reasons we have repeatedly chosen the Skyline Studio is the **Lounge Access**. During our first two stays, breakfast as well as the midday and evening offerings were all served in the lounge on the 8th floor. We really enjoyed this concept. The 8th-floor lounge is beautifully designed, modern, comfortable and has a very pleasant atmosphere.

Unfortunately, during our third and fourth stays, within a period of only about two months, this arrangement had changed. Breakfast and the evening service were still offered on the 8th floor, while during midday and afternoon guests were directed to a room on the 9th floor. In our opinion, this room is much less attractive and lacks the comfortable and stylish atmosphere of the 8th-floor lounge. We did not enjoy this change at all.

We sincerely hope that the management will reconsider this decision and return to offering the **complete Lounge experience on the 8th floor throughout the day**. For guests specifically choosing and paying for Lounge Access, the atmosphere and quality of the lounge are an important part of the overall experience.

The **Lounge staff** deserve special praise. They are extremely friendly, attentive and service-oriented. We would particularly like to mention **Mr Malik**, who goes out of his way to make guests feel welcome every single time. He remembers returning guests, addresses them by name and is consistently warm, attentive and professional. In our opinion, he is an outstanding example of excellent hospitality and a role model for service staff.

We would also especially like to praise the **housekeeping team**. The room cleaners do an excellent and very thorough job every day and are extremely reliable. Their high standard of work contributes greatly to the comfort of the stay.

Another highlight of One Farrer Hotel is the **large swimming pool on the 6th floor** – a wonderful place to relax after a busy day in Singapore.

Despite our criticism of the recent change to the Lounge arrangement, we can definitely recommend One Farrer Hotel. Having stayed here four times already says a lot about how comfortable we feel here. We would certainly choose One Farrer again on our next visit to Singapore – and we very much hope to find the full Lounge experience back on the beautiful 8th floor when we return.

I was blessed to be the chosen guest to be upgraded to a suite free of charge. They have spacious public spaces and have very helpful staff. When I lost my white dress shirt they helped me find it. At the concierge, I was assisted by Eugene and Suman or Sella.

Excellent experience! I’m so thankful to Sham who accommodate to my multiple requests thru WhatsApp and phone calls. Her team is really very professional and always on the ball. I really like the service, attitude and atmosphere here. Will definitely come back again and introduce to all my friends and family. Thank you Sham and Bassam once again. You guys are the best!

Our breakfast server, Malek, went above and beyond to make our experience at one farrer hotel unforgettable. He was very social, caring, accommodating and compassionate.
The evening door man, Noor, was also a highlight of our stay at your hotel. He was also very friendly, compassionate and knowledgeable about the area and places we should go for a true magical experience in Singapore. The food was amazing, the service was excellent. No complaints!
Great location and very safe and clean. The atmosphere was cheerful and welcoming. Our 2 bedroom mint suite was roomy, clean and very comfortable. The only issue is the shower took about 10 minutes for the water to get warm/hot. Great value. No issues with noise level.

We hosted a high stakes private event at One Farrer Hotel on 16 August. It was pretty stressful for us but Sham and her team Bassam, Velan, Hardeep"s professionalism really made a difference! Sham ensured all our needs was well taken care off and our event was smooth and flawless. All attendees including our special VIP guest had an awesome experience! Everyone was impressed with the warm hospitality, professional service and the amazing vegeterian buffet spread.

It is located really in a very convenient place for any tourist. Well maintained property. It is really a gifted place for Indian vegetarian peoples..

This hotel is very well located, in the centre of the city, with MRT stations and the 24 hours Mustafa Centre shopping mall within walking distance. So are many Indian (mainly Tamil) restaurants, this hotel being located in “ Little India”. The Sky Lounge rooms are fantastic, with spacious rooms, great furniture and exclusive lounge, pool and breakfast area. The Mint rooms are smaller in comparison but are quite good too. All the usual amenities including bathrobe were provided, but I didn’t notice any balcony. A alarm clock was something not seen in many 5-star hotels. Breakfast was provided in different locations, and the spread was quite extensive. Cleanliness across the hotel was spotless, and the room housekeeping was exceptional. Sleep quality was great. The only complaint is about the WiFi, which keeps getting disconnected and sometimes the speeds are snail- level (note: only in the rooms, not in the Level 6 conference areas). The illumination in the WC area of the Sky Lounge Romans is very low, and an increase would help. A security deposit is required, even for fully pre-paid rooms.
