A estrutura do hotel e a equipe de atendimento, principalmente nas figuras da Alexandra e Weverly, são excelentes.
O único ponto negativo foi o uso do banheiro, pois como eu estava em um quarto PCD, todas as vezes em que tomávamos banho o banheiro ficava cheio de água.

Reservei quarto triplo e me entregaram quarto duplo. Água do chuveiro volta e meia esfriava.
A acomodação é limpa. Os funcionários são de uma cortesia extrema. Almoçamos no restaurante e a comida foi ótima. O café da manhã me surpreendeu - tudo bem fresco e com cara de feito por lá, não tinha cara de padaria. Tudo muito gostoso. Não usei, mas a área externa parece legal, a piscina pareceu limpa, há vários sofás e espreguiçadeiras. Não temos o que falar do serviço do hotel - impecável - e da cozinha. A limpeza, a estrutura, uma grande recepção e lobby, tudo muito bom.
A localização é a pior possível. O local lembra uma área rural, mas é residencial. Poucos carros estão disponíveis, táxi tem que ser agendado (no geral). Precisou de transporte de madrugada? Nem pense, impossível. Não tínhamos essa noção e isso nos incomodou muito. Erro nosso, pois não pesquisamos (fomos atrás do hotel por indicação da noiva que casou nas proximidades).
Os quartos tem quadros meio esquisitos também... E a água "alcalina" é completamente incômoda, muito viscosa, dá a sensação de que o banho não foi bem tomado. Até para lavar as mãos é complicado.
Booked this hotel for 3 nights on the basis of trip advisor reviews, and had a horrible experience.
Extremely poor customer service, first room we checked in, the hot water was not working, the heating system was broken, complained to reception, staff don’t speak English, either Portuguese or Spanish, after spending time with them & google translater, they moved us to another room, the fan of air conditioning started making loud noises in the night and had to switch it off, cold room in the middle of night so started looking for blankets,hotel kept 2 small very thin quilts hence has a very uncomfortable night. Lots of reviews have sung praises about the breakfast but we found that it’s so average, food is mostly fried and sweets, fruits are of good quality though. Wife is vegetarian and really struggled as only had breads and salads. Everything had meats in some form or shape. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere, fields and what looks like a jungle area around, no shops, city centre is a good 20 minutes drive away. Hotel only has buffet service for dinner, no à la carte dishes, during our stay there was a conference going on and staff priority was to look after them. It’s more of a business conference centre than a 4 star hotel!? Never again to this place if we return to visit Iguazu and falls again.
