Localização calma, sem ruído!
Quartos antigos, portam emperrando. Poderia ser mais barato para o que entrega.
O café da manhã é bom, nada excepcional. A estrutura do hotel é boa, fica um tanto quanto afastado dos principais pontos da cidade, mas é isso que acaba por deixar a diária um pouco mais barata que os outros.
Nenhum ponto negativo, só mesmo a distancia que pega um pouco. Se está de carro não é um grande problema, fica mesmo mais complicado para quem precisa de transporte.
Gostei muito do restaurante do Hotel, tanto almoço quanto jantar a comida estava muito boa e a equipe foi muito solicita. Gostei tbm da limpeza e do conforto do quarto. A trilha do Hotel tbm muito gostosa de fazer e bem sinalizada e facil. Os arredores do Hotel tbm bem tranquilo.
O Check in foi muito mal feito, não recebemos informações completas e a moça estava bem sem vontade de trabalhar, o que mudou quando trocou o pessoal e ai sim fomos muito bem informados e recebidos! Não gostei do café da manhã, faltou alguns itens e parte que deveria ser quente estava fria. Achei tbm que no quarto havia alguns itens precisando de reposição ( Tinha fio mal remendado aparente). Wifi mal funcionava, bem ruim de internet.
Restaurante bom, recarga para veículos elétricos, hotel em área silenciosa, foi uma excelente estadia.

Por conta do hotel ficar longe do centro, obriga um pouco o hóspede a jantar no hotel. O restaurante poderia trazer mais opções e refeições melhores.
A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa, com atendimento impecável. Cabe lembrar que a limpeza do hotel é excelente.
